Great experience

Check-in was smooth and quick. The staff were very friendly. The bed was ultra comfortable. For people who want a firm bed, this is not it. It was like sinking in to a cloud. Best sleep I have ever gotten in a hotel. Check-out was easy. Breakfast was just average but hot. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel!

We were happy with our stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was very clean with microwave and nice refrigerator/freezer and microwave. The rooms are smaller in size, but that was not an issue for us. The king size bed was a little too soft for my liking. Breakfast had the usual hotel options. Eggs were excellent. A pancake maker instead of waffle maker! We would stay again.

Second time staying here within the last few months. I can't say the area around the hotel is exciting, but there are a lot of dining and shopping options. And it's safe. Clean rooms, nice staff, and decent breakfast options.

Disappointed checkin

Checkin was not great but stay was good. Checkin our request of room by elevator was not granted when this was our 6th stay in the last year and all previous stays the same request granted. Instead we were the last room at end of the hallway which is the farthest from the elevator Also when our card was charged for 50.00 for incidentals it was charged a total of 3 times. Did have the the other two refunded but still left with a dollar charge for each that was told would also come off card in 2 to 3 days. Will have to monitor our card to verify. If staff does not know how to charge the 50.00 incidental charge properly I would hope you would stop this policy. Do not know if will stay here again because our request is very important to us.
