Nice Place to Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree. It is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty to do and good restaurants. The person who checked me in was very friendly, efficient and professional. Cookie was yummy. The room was spotless and smelled fresh. Linens were bright white, soft and warm. Beautiful elevators and hallways. My only complaint is that there were obvious signs of wear and tear in the room that could be easily remedied. Such as scratches on the wood armoire, sink cabinet and tables, a furniture marker would work great. Missing caulk/cracked tile behind the toilet, yellowing on ceiling and bath door. A hole next to the sprinkler head. Staying at a doubletree I would never expect to see these things. But, overall my stay was great and comfortable, and I would stay again.

Not worth it for stays over two nights. I spent a long work trip here (ten nights) and I wish I would have looked closer at what the rooms actually offer. I would have gone elsewhere for a stay as long as mine. No microwave, barely any counter space in the bathroom, no on site laundry for guests, AC was terrible, extremely minimal grab and go food offerings. The attached restaurant has only a small menu with overpriced items. The free parking is nice and the staff was kind, but I won't be staying here again.

The front desk staff is very friendly, the hotel itself is well kept and the room is a nice size and clean. Beds are comfortable and the floor I’m on is quiet. All the things that make a stay away from home an enjoyable experience.
