The room was clean, but furnishings were old and worn. I would have thought it would be nicer.
We were there 3 nights and did not get fresh towels or housekeeping services. On our last day I finally saw a notice in the bathroom with small lettering that said housekeeping will not come unless requested. We're used to every other night, but by request only was new to us. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space. The breakfast buffet was quite good. The staff were all friendly.
I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. The bed and bedding were great. It was super quiet. The toiletries were very nice. This will be my go to hotel in the Twin Cities going forward.
My flight was early and I appreciated the early check in
This place is horrible. Heating and cooling doesn’t work properly. They have a note to open a window if it’s too hot. The hot tub was like a warm bath tub. Horrible experience
AC wasn’t working, equipment is old.
Nice facility, aging a bit, but good location.. walking distance to Irish pub, Cub food store, ICON theatre, etc.

Convenient to highway Room needed some repairs. Missing and dirty grout in the bathroom. Dirty tile floor in bathroom and a used wash cloth was left hanging on the shower bar
The hotel was easy to find. Front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean. It would be nice to have a cell phone charging station at the bedside. Nice hotel, will stay again.
