The building was pretty outdated and unkept. It was not very clean and our room smelled like mildew. The pool area was very outdated and the water was really gross with bits of dirt and debris floating in it. Hot tubs were minimally warm with no adequate covers on the jets so water flew everywhere. The staff at the front desk were nice. Breakfast was not great, eggs tasted bad and sausage was served cold our second morning. The person running breakfast seemed overwhelmed.

Quick but okay stay.

One poor lady at the counter to check in a very busy time. However, she did awesome and was very friendly. Our room had an odd, musty smell the whole time. Boyfriend pointed out padt water damage and poorly repaired. Was noticeable at the top of walls. Hopefully not a mold issue?? **Breakfast was awesome!! Gentleman running it was very friendly and kept the area cleaned and filled.**

My kids really enjoyed the pool, and the two hot tubs were great! The staff was very helpful and even though we had to move rooms, they made the process quick and easy. Maintenance was also quick and helpful when we called them for a broken bathroom doorknob.

The lady who helped us get all checked in then night that we had arrived was super sweet super helpful. I had a vehicle to unload with our suitcases and she was so generous and walked my grandma to our room where we’d be staying and all that got we got her settled. She was super sweet. Super nice. I will definitely be returning. When I stay Minnesota.

That when I got in for my reservation July 3 I had a terrible experience they gave me room that somebody was in and it was a king bed and also my room keys weren't working and keeping my family waiting for 45 min in the hall way was bad and my reservation was for up until july 6 and my son paid my day Friday and then had to go again to pay on Saturday again it was terrible for being a July 4 vacation for my family

The staff was very helpful. The property is run down. Carpeting throughout building and in rooms is old stained and have a mildew smell. Towels and bedding are clean and smell good. Bathrooms have mold in showers at base by steam. Doors are in poor shape, new paint on them, but poor shape. There is water damage marks on walls and ceilings of both rooms we stayed in. Tiles cracked and peuces missing. Pool area was up to date and clean. Air-conditioning in rooms works some of the time. Would not stay here again.

We got there at check in time and nobody was at the desk. We had to wait for someone for 5 minutes. Pool out of order, 1 of 2 hot tubs out of order. One door near our room had the lock totally off the wall. We had to park farther down from entrance to get in. Breakfast was very good. Chef was very friendly and helpful.

The hot tub & pool area was decent and the restaurant available to walk to without going outside was great. The food was very good. Initially arriving, staff was super rude & not welcoming at all. We got to our room after 4 hours of driving only to walk into a moldy/musty smell & a running toilet with water all over the floor. Only moved after requesting it half an hour later. Second room pretty dirty. Stains on bedding, hair in bathtub, spider webs all over the windows and dust on surfaces. Toilet also dirty.

You get what you pay for.

Check in was slow and uninformative. They assumed we knew how they did theor breakfast. The room smelt like musty mildew. The faucet in the bathroom was broken. The only good thing was the pool and two hot tubs.
