Staff was super friendly. Room was mediocre, you could tell the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There were things left in there from the guest previous. Hair on the shower and walls. Lose tiles on the floor. The pool was the worst part. Since it was the reason we booked this hotel we were very sad. Kiddie pool was absolutely disgusting and the second day it was out of order. We didn’t let our child swim in the pool because of the way it looked.

This was a great hotel for the price we paid! The waterslide was fun for the kids! It really was the only place that advertised the slide was open 7 days a week so that was a huge selling point! Staff was friendly! Great location.

Waited 20 minutes to check in at 3 pm. No one at front desk. Room was nice but whirlpool had a stopper that had a hole in it. Faucet on whirlpool leaked. loved the size of the room. Had these little bugs/flys in the room that we kept killing. Fair price.

Key card issues after check in and next day. No towels in pool area. Low temp in hot tub. Sub par continental breakfast. First night, no hot water in shower. Staff friendly. Clean rooms but the magnet closure on the cabinets/doors/drawers for storage not properly installed so they were extremely difficult to open. Stayed 2 nights and total was over $400 after tax/fees - for $200/night, quality should’ve been way better!!

The rooms were small but adequate; beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom did not look clean; the tub looked dirty. Also the bathroom had no exhaust/vent fan and felt wet/damp and smelled stinky all the time because towels and swim suits did not dry out. We chose this facility because of the location and the pool/slide. The chlorine levels in the pool seemed very high. The chlorine caused some discomfort on skin and eyes and smelled strongly on suits and towels. The pool area also got very rowdy at times (NOT the young kids) but not sure staff can do much about unruly and rude guests. We wanted to be close to the Renaissance Fair which we were—fairly easy drive to and from the fairgrounds. When I called and asked if there was a shuttle to the fair I was told “No” but what I wasn’t told was that there was a shuttle available within walking distance. That would have been very helpful to know and would have saved us a bit of money. We had a good stay, however, I don’t think we would choose this facility again.

We understand that they need eminate fees But they scan your credit card and that is very scary and intimidating. If they chrage a fee and put it back on your card that is more understandable than what they did. Not happy with that.

Great service as soon as I walked through the door. Quick check in. Nice clean rooms with comfy beds!! Great breakfast!! Great size hot tub, and was fun watching the kids on the slide.
