Room was very spacious and clean. The pillow variety was great. Main complaint I have regarding our stay was I informed staff that we had a service dog with us. Tho wasn’t an issue until someone from the dining crew asked if she was a service dog, which they can do, once identified as such they told us she needed to wait in the hall area. Which is against federal laws. When this was brought up to the manager on duty we were told if she was wearing her vest, it wouldn’t have been an issue. Service dogs are not required to wear a vest and once identified as such staff should have not addressed her presence any further. Staff should educate themselves on the federal laws regarding what can be asked, where service dogs are permitted with their handlers, and what identification is needed or not.

What a nice hotel. Clean comfortable, spacious room. Had a pool and hot tub. Large breakfast area with a ton of seating. The hot breakfast that is included in your stay had a great variety of things to choose from. Let’s talk about coffee…. The freshly ground coffee was so good.

Everything was great. My only complaint was that after a couple of days, a bunch of young kids took over the place. I think by they were a hockey team. They kind of overran the pool and hot tub. Being very loud and frequently screaming. I know that it was no fault of the staff or the facility, but the pool was left a mess with no towels, and what was a crystal clear pool with minimal chlorine smell desperately needed a refresh that just didn’t happen before we left a day or two later. Again, I’m sure the staff was just as annoyed as I was, so no worries. Lol

Great hotel. Lobby, elevators, hallways and rooms were very clean. We stayed only one night as we were in town for a show at mystic lake casino. It was about an 8 minute drive to the casino so that was very nice also. Breakfast in the morning was good. There was plenty of seating. Dining area was very clean. Food was good and there was a good variety of different options. The chicken sausage was delicious!! There was a big wedding party that stayed the same night as us and the breakfast bar stayed stocked and food was hot. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to others staying in the area. Also your room cards got you 10% off at the Culver’s that was just down the street so that was another good perk!!

The room was modern, warm and very clean, the hotel itself was beautifully decorated for the holidays, flooring throughout wasn’t obnoxious- was newlike and clean, and the breakfast spread was excellent; would definitely recommend to others and would stay again if in the area.
