The overnight receptionist was terrible! All night she was loudly talking on speaker phone throughout the lobby, her and whoever she was talking to were having an inappropriate Racist conversation. Not trying to be quiet at all. My children were in the lobby and all I hear is F**k over and over. I was Disgusted! If it wasn’t a holiday, I would’ve left immediately! Even at 6:30 am she was still loudly talking on the phone, complaining. Pool room was freezing cold so we could not swim. Pillows and top sheet were stained and dirty. I will never stay here again! Morning receptionist was very kind and sweet. Complete opposite from the overnight one.

The lack of a bathroom fan made the whole room steamy after showering until I ran the ac. Hot breakfast items were limited to sausage and eggs. They were very good, though. Lots of fruit, cereal and bread options. Staff was helpful and very nice. Dogs are welcome! The hotel smells amazing! Seriously! You can actually buy the scent online! The hotel is modern, convenient and comfy. The pool is also very warm and open until midnight. Enjoy!

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally helpful when my itinerary became changed due to unfortunate circumstances. Hotel staff was nice and easy to work with. Nice rooms and very clean. Breakfast was subpar, with really no dairy-free options, so had to get food elsewhere. Would recommend not parking under the telephone wires if you can as many birds made my car their bathroom spot. Overall a good stay for the hotel.
