The hot tub was not working, which is what we we were looking forward to the most. The room was pretty worn and we were by the stairs and a door so every time it shut it was loud and woke us up.
I’ve stayed at this hotel many, many times over the years. I think that speaks to my satisfaction with the property.

Relatively quick check in and the lady checking me in was very pleasant. Room was nice and well laid out. The TV was unplugged when I got to the room and, it took me a few minutes to figure that out... My only complaint... The bed was like sleeping on cement. I have a firm mattress at home, and this was a whole nother level... I tossed and turned until about 3:30, before finally moving to the couch, where I slept wel..
We have had family vacation in this hotel last week. Every thing looked good until the first night. At mid night, some people in the hall section of the fourth floor talked loudly and made big noise. We could not sleep. The noise finally disappeared..... We did not feel happy about this disturbing but thought it was incident. However, this happened again the second night. At that night, the noise even louder and someone was yelling in the hall way. We had to call the reception desk. The night shift manager received our call. Afterwards, I heard that two doors were closed loudly outside of our room. But for a while, the noise came back. Some people still talked loudly and made noise on the hall way. Finally, the noise disappear after about one hour in the early morning... We felt really unhappy about this disturbing. A hotel needs to provide a quiet sleep place for its customers. Before we checked out, I reported this incident to the assistant general manager. He apologized for what happened to us and promised to make compensation.

Can’t beat having 2 caribou coffees across the parking lot from the hotel. Also the rooms are very nice.
