The entire hotel was run down. My room was non smoking but the comforters had cigarette burns and ripped curtains. The carpets were ripped and coming up in areas. The pool was stained and freezing. The spa wasn’t working. Staff was rude. Do not stay here.

Okay, but wouldn't stay again.

Pros: free upgrade to poolside rooms (the only connecting rooms available when we got there). Friendly staff. Pool was warm. Decent breakfast. Rooms were clean. Cons: Pre check-in via text didn't work, so had to go through the whole process again when we got there. Hotel is very run down. TV didn't work in one room (they did fix that). Had to text, call, and then go to the desk to ask for pillows and the TV issue. Pillows are uncomfortable. Only 1 extra pillow per room allowed. Only 3 bath towels per room (but room sleeps 4).

It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. The location was easy to find. I didn’t find any advertising for food delivery to hotel. The price was great.

A good crappy place to stay.

Well....for the price, not bad. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. On the bad side, very run down. The furniture was all beat up, the walls dirty and holes in them where stuff was hung up. A communication barrier with the people working, broken english. It looked like back in the day, this was a nice place.

Completely forgettable. So forgettable that I had to be reminded that I’ve stayed here before with the in-laws. Check-in process sucks because they can’t give you a room key unless you pay incidental fees, even if the room is fully paid upon arrival.

Room was clean. Property is very dated, old, tired and simply worn down. I suggest closing it and performing a 100% refresh (to perfection) both inside and outside. If not, either tear it down and rebuild or cut your losses and sell the property.

This property was not at all as in the pictures, we have 3 children and we actually feared for their safety. There was boots and bedding just laying in the hallway carpets were all stained holes in the walls and the whole room smelled of heavy smoke and other things. The best part of the hotel was the manager as he worked with expedia and understood our concerns and made sure we got a full refund for our room. Overall i do not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made. AGAIN THIS WAS NOT THE MANAGEMENT FAULT. THE PROPERTY OWNERS NEED TO RECOGNIZE THE ISSUES AND FIX THEM!!! MANAGER ON DUTY WAS GREAT!!!

Sloppy maintainance work. Sloppy paint. The front desk is trying to double charge me. They are not honoring Expedia prices. There was no breakfast provided. Just waffles and dry cereal. No milk. No fruit. No bagels. No sugar. No eggs. No sausages. No hash browns. They ran out of some juice. There was one yogurt container left. Nothing for breakfast. I advise to everyone not to stay there. They will try to flem flam you by doubling you charges. Stay away.
