Large rooms, comfortable beds and a very clean bathroom. Exactly what I'm looking for while traveling for work. The price is very reasonable for a Hilton property as well.

I stayed in a Hilton garden inn this past summer, and have been sold on the company ever since. They are very accommodating and have excellent breakfast buffets! I have even considered being a regular diner at the local hotel because it was so good.

We love this hotel and its staff. We stay every year at the holidays in order to be close to family in the Minneapolis area. The rooms are always top notch and the lobby is warmly inviting. They redecorated this year and the look is great. All the staff members are wonderful--we especially look forward to saying an annual hello to Debbie in the dining room. She has been there for as long as we have been coming (8 years?) and is one of the reasons we come back. We'll be back next Christmas, for sure, and if we come to Minneapolis for an extended business stay in 2015, we'll stay here.

Unfortunately this hotel was not pet friendly so we had to keep our pet with a friend in town. The beds were mediocre at best. The pool was chilly and we had to pay way too much for breakfast. At least provide a continental for those who don't want to pay $10.95. Compared to other Hilton hotels, the price was better but missed many luxuries of say...Embassy Suites.

Hotel was clean, nice size room, bed was comfortable and enough pillows. However their bathtub did not have a chair for handicap. Had requested handicapped room, they did bring a chair but it was for different direction of tub. Friendly staff.

We stayed here two years ago and the kids asked to stay here again. Perfect distance from the mall and Valley Fair. Fantastic breakfast for the price. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

The rooms are newly updated and kept very clean, The staff was wonderful and in fact could not be more helpful. They have a wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit and made to order omelets, something I have not had elsewhere. It is a little out of the way from downtown Minneapolis but it was very quiet providing a great nights rest.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Eden Prairie was warm on a very cold winter night, clean and newer, had very comfortable beds, great in-room coffee maker, and adequate work-out facility. We appreciated that everything worked, was clean, and comfortable.

We love this hotel and its exceptional staff so much that we always stay here for our annual Christmas visit to Minneapolis. It doesn't get any more welcoming and comfortable than this!

My wife and I were in town over Thanksgiving, visiting family in a western suburb. We picked this hotel because it looked nice, offered a convenient location for our needs, and we had a small discount to redeem on a hotel stay that sealed the deal. Everything worked out very well for our purposes. Having a Keurig in the room was a nice surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. We felt safe returning close to midnight several nights. Our only complaint was that we did not seem to control the room's heat (e.g., nothing happened even turning up the heat 10 degrees as an experiment), but that was a minor issue because the room stayed pretty warm. There is a gas station and convenience store (with a Wells Fargo ATM inside) at the bottom of the hill that turned out to be helpful. I would definitely stay here again under similar circumstances and would recommend the hotel to others.

Everything was extremely professional and clean. There wasn't one member of the staff that didn't have a smile or a "Hello!" The only down-fall was that the pool area is a little small. Observers have a tendency to get "wet" because there are only about 5 to 10 feet of space around the entire pool circumference. If you don't mind a minor splash now and again, then the hotel is perfect for you!

When we traveled to Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis/Eden Prairie there was a lot of construction making it difficult to find the hotel. Once we got there they gave us a room where some one was already staying. The staff did move us to another room, but they could have handled the situation a little more professional. After we received a new room the rest of the stay was enjoyable.

Just stayed one night, so this was a small sample, but noted while they have a small restaurant capability, we were disappointed they did not have any type of complimentary breakfast. The room we were given was behind the elevator shaft, so a little noisy. We were only staying for the one night, so we didn't request a different room, but wondered why they assigned us that one, when the hotel was not full.

We were there for a family baptism, arriving in Minneapolis Saturday afternoon on a Delta flight from D.C.. We went straight to the house because we had little time. When I called the hotel to confirm we were in town and would check in late, the pleasant voice assured me we could arrive anytime, confirming we had a late arrival guarantee. Finally checking in late Saturday night we were delighted to hit the double queen beds (with several pillows each) in a clean, comfort controlled room. Sunday breakfast was outstanding with "all you want" selections served up by the on-hand chef. All staff were very pleasant, checkout at 6 AM Monday was painless and quick. Their computer room allowed flight check-in and bording pass printing. Neither I nor my wife had time to use the other facilities like pool or gym, we heard they were excellent. No negatives to report.

This hotel provided wonderful food and service for a major family event in addition to accomodating comfortable rooms for family members.

Sleeping and working.

This was a nice, clean hotel in a quiet area in Eden Prairie. The staff was courteous and kind. The facilities were very nice, and simple touches like fancy folded hand towels made our stay pleasant. The only drawback was when we were checking in there were some people stuck in the elevator. Needless to say we took the stairs up to our second floor rooms. We have stayed at other Hilton garden inns in Minneapolis and are pleased with their quality. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Eden Prairie.

Nice

Very pleasant front desk staff upon check in. Clean rooms. Quiet except for the radiator; earplugs took care of that. A couple of annoyances: the bathroom stayed cold even after turning up the heat and the bathroom door swings shut every time you go in and out - annoying when retrieving items from suitcase, etc. Upon check out, the front desk gentleman was more interested in talking on his cell phone than assisting me. Easy to locate and access major highways. All in all, the pros outweighed the cons and I will stay there again.
