It was a very nice hotel room. I’d stay there again.

So...first off, the staff was great. I actually showed up on the morning of my scheduled stay--where usually check-in isn't until 3 or 4:00 PM. They had an available room and got me checked in right away, which I did not expect and was thrilled about. Major points there! Wonderful young woman working at the front desk. Truly. My room was also extremely nice--I would say much better than average for the money. But the one thing that I couldn't stand about the location is the ugly, sparse/cold and brightly lit lobby. Pretty worthless for anything other than passing through quickly on your way to your (much nicer) room. In other words, it's not a place you want to spend any amount of time in--particularly in the evening. ZERO atmosphere for just hanging out and chatting. And although there is a small, diner-like white counter space next to the part where you check in when you can technically order drinks in the evening, it is an extremely weird set up, with a poor available selection, WAY too brightly lit, and anything but conducive to relaxing conversation. You would probably have to be a desperate alcoholic to want to drink there. I'm just saying. But on the bright side, there are a number of places nearby where anyone could go to find a modicum of atmosphere for this. Just (IMHO) not in the hotel itself. Despite my gripes with that, I would happily stay there again. On the whole, it was a very positive experience!

I loved the room setup with a half wall allowing for a living space

Really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful having a Pizza Luce so close we could walk. We will be back, EP is a great area.

We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. This is the second Hyatt place we have stayed at and love it!! Love the rooms and have always had great front desk help from checking in to buying a pop!!

Clean and quiet hotel at a great price. Unfortunately they removed their free continental breakfast, but still a nice stay!

Everything was exceptional and the staff went out there way to help

Roomy / breakfast was weak, my daughter was disappointed in it

They stole my wedding ring and double charged me for the booking. The staff was terrible and the hotel was under noisy renovations that we were not made aware of ahead of time. Stay anywhere else.

It was fine but the bathroom is so small. This is a better set up for one person rather than a couple just because of the bathroom. Also, someone tried entering my room around 9am, presumably housekeeping though they did not identify. They should know before entering if guests have checked out before they try to enter. Felt shady.

Friendly, helpful, smiling, and just made things easy.

All of the staff here was very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful as well. I would absolutely recommend a stay at this hotel. It was very obvious that the staff here loved their jobs and it showed by their positive attitudes the entire time of my stay. I'll surely stay here on my next trip to Eden Prairie.

The room was not cleaned. There was hair on our bath towel and an old shampoo. We were first checked into a room that was being cleaned. And we could not open our door when we returned. We had to get assistance. Unsatisfied.

Bed very uncomfortable. Receptionist spoke on the phone and didn’t pay attention to the customer.
