After looking into many other hotels it was nice to see that this hotel did not charge a $100-$300 deposit. The only extra fee they charge is a $20 incidental fee which I had no issue with. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff. The room my family and I stayed in was clean and spacious. It never got loud besides in the morning you could hear people coming and going for breakfast. I liked that they include a chart of the times breakfast is quiet and full to when it is busier and has less options which I’ll say they were very accurate on. The worker who worked the breakfast area was kind and patient as I noticed he had other guests trying to boss him around or tell him what they thought he needed to put out. Now checkout was a little confusing as there was no staff to be found at the desk but they do have a jar I assumed is where we were supposed to drop off our keys. Overall it was a very lovely hotel and I’d definitely stay again.

There was a bug inside of our bed when we got inside the hotel room. I requested a refund and I was told that I would need to reach out to Expedia.

Room had several cosmetic issues: bathroom door barely cleared the toilet when closing making it hard to get in and out of the shower or sit on the toilet, the ceiling is sagging between the rafters. Audio visual station not working as it should. The room smelled weird, can’t explain the smell.

Comfy stay

Room was clean but there were some stains in the carpet and bathroom grout needs updating. But overall great stay for our family, accommodations were ideal for 4 - 2 beds and a pull-out coach separate. Breakfast was good and check-in/out was fast and easy. Great location.

We were there on 2 separate nights during our trip and the room was just what we needed 2 beds and a pull out sofa. Overall great stay, breakfast was great- bathrooms just need a little remodel (grout) and stains in carpet. But overall comfortable stay for our family.
