There was no mention of a fee to park your car when using the park and ride shuttle. Very disappointing.

We arrived late and used the airport shuttle to get to the hotel. Hotel seemed nice what we saw of it. We ate breakfast the next morning and then took the shuttle back to the airport.
This is my first time staying since they remodeled. It is very nice and I would highly recommend.

Lobby is warm and inviting with fireplace and cozy seating area. Dining area is clean and orderly! Staff is so kind and friendly. Room was spacious. This was my family's first stay and will be the hotel that we choose for return visits every 4 months to visit family!

No hot water at 8am, tub drain plugged so in addition to a cold shower we also got to stand in cold water. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:15am. Not a relaxing stay! We've been staying in Minneapolis for 25 years and this stay ranks very near the bottom!

Rooms very clean, despite being very busy. Wished for more comfortable beds. Booked approx 10 rooms with friends so that kids could use a pool. Our group was too big to use it comfortably while having chairs for the parents. The pool area is teeny tiny, so be aware of this. Hotel was fine.
