Our room was perfect!! We had a nice big hot tub, hot water never ran out which is always a big plus lol. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. We left before breakfast so I don't know how good or bad it was. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff very friendly

BOOKERS BEWARE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I came in last night and was checking in only to be told my booking was canceled cause my card was "declined" and said they have been trying to reach me. So let's try that again I messaged orbitz and told them my situation i booked and orbitz confirmed my card was a valid card and there was nothing wrong. So all in all the hotel canceled my room lied about everything and I feel like the reason why is because they wanted to scalp the room and book it at a higher price cause of a stupid K-POP CONCERT at mall of America! It makes sense cause all the hotels in a 15 mile radius were all booked!!!! So BEAWARE!!!! these sleeze bags will rip you and scalp your room! DONT GO HERE!

Gap in bottom of door so you could hear everything going on in peoples rooms, floor was un even, points of entry were not secured. Breakfast was slim, toast, frozen waffles, coffee and juice. Some fruit, yogurt, dry cereal and milk would have been nice. Room and staff were nice and friendly.
