My check in was good until we got to room, it used so we had go back to desk she was pleasant but then she came to next room, it wasn't pool side that we book so she had to go find another then it was good. Breakfast was great , beds were comfy ,when my brother wanted a sode she gave to me for free for the inconvenience

I had a great time at the hotel this weekend. The pool was great and free breakfast was good. I had a couple problems with my room that needed to be fixed. ( I have videos if the hotel manager wants to see). Our poolside room has a door that's not supposed to open. Unfortunately the door opens from the inside and there is no way to lock it. We have a small child 2.5 years old. It was very concerning having a door not be able to stay closed during the night. Especially a door that leads straight to the pool. The room key door to the pool worked fine. But the other door was a problem and very concerning to us as parents. The toilet also was not working properly. We had to manually lift the handle up after flushing every time. Otherwise toilet just runs all night. I think the room and location is great being next to the pool. As long as a few of the issues were to be fixed I would have rated this much better. and we would consider coming back. But without some of the safety concerns I'm not sure we would stay in the poolside room without checking before hand.
