Candlewood Suites Milwaukee Airport

I was staying with my daughter in the room with two beds- the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, had absolutly everything we needed. The disadvantage - the next day there was no regular coffee available at the regestration counter, only decaf (the maid service is only once week, but you can ask for additional towels or coffee at the counter). Location - close to airport, but there is no convinient place to get breakfast - you have to plan in advance and use the kichenette. overall - very pleasant experience.

Very pleased with this facility. Clean, well kept and great room. Full sized refrigerator & microwave were great surprise - but add in a stove, sink, dishwasher and all kitchen supplies and WOW!

The standard suite is okay for one person but if you're looking for room, better upgrade. My "suite" was a standard size room except for a small entrance which had a kitchenette. The room was clean. Amenities are below average. Did not like the idea that they didn't empty the trash cans for the entire stay. Good location near airport. Reasonable cost.

My husband and I rented this hotel and loved it! We brought some steaks and grilled them on their gas grill in a cazebo. The room was spotless, so spotless I even made sure to compliment the maid. We finished up our night with a DVD from the front desk. Did I mention how comfortable the bed was? The staff was suuuper friendly and I will definately be back! Thanks to the staff for making this an awesome night.

Due to Hurricane Irene we had to stay overnight in Milwaukee. We found this hotel online and since it was one of the only hotels that still had rooms available we booked it. There was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel which was nice and the shuttle could also take you anywhere you wanted to go within 5 miles of the hotel. The room was very comfortable. It had a kitchen with a microwave, stove, fridge, and dishwasher. When we entered the room, housekeeping had left some microwaveable popcorn. The bed was really comfortable and we could borrrow DVDs for the DVD player from the front desk.

Overall, a good experience at the Candlewood Hotels. The staff could be a little bit nicer and more engaging. The room was clean and big enough for the family. The bedding was superior, I never slept so well in an hotel. The location is close to the airport.

We needed a place to sleep for just one evening after a night Brewer Game, which also happened to be during Summerfest. This hotel was the closest available to the stadium at a reasonable price. Although they don't have a continental breakfast or anything of the sort, there is a McDonald's across the street. Very clean and comfy beds!

Didn't realize this was an extended stay hotel and the room would not be cleaned daily. Had to take dirty towels down to front desk to get new ones.

When we got there there were ants all over the room. After a while the were able to find another room that was ant free but was okay.

It was very near airport but was not disturbed by the sound of planes at all. Rooms clean and comfortable, staff at front desk very friendly and polite. You can cook in rooms, ice maker in room, and full-size refrigerator in room with cooking and eating utensils--dishwasher also. Great cable stations and a DVD player--you can get movies free at front desk.

Beds were comfy, clean and quiet. Easy on and off the interstate. Will definitely stay here again!

We were back in Milwaukee for a one week holiday stay. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which worked out perfectly. Nice king bed and a little area for makeup or hair drying which was out of the bathroom. Loved the kitchen with refrigerator, micro, two burner stove and dishwasher even dishes and detergent. The main room had a sofa sleeper another tv and recliner. Huge island/work desk with lots of outlets to plug things into. A nice touch was the free washer and dryer you can use. Front desk staff very friendly. We would stay again.

We were looking for a hotel near the airport. We've stayed at others in the area, and were pleased with the Candlewood. It was a big room, with kitchenette. Everything was clean and seemed new. They had a DVD library at the front desk. Unfortunately the DVD player only played the in Black and white, but they said they were working on it. We would definitely stay there again.
