Overall the location is perfect very close to everything around you on Highway 100. The staff was nice and helpful. The room seemed to be very dark and Floors were dirty

Cheap place to sleep

Not clean. Run down. Did not feel safe.

Charged a deposit and it wasn't credited

The card key needed to be refreshed at the office at each use. The air conditioner did not work. The place is run down and in desperate need of renovation. Desk personnel were generally not interested in providing personal service.

Although confirmed when booking for a late checkout and again the night before check out, they still beat on the door at the normal checkout time.... guess there is lack of communication between shifts. The air conditioner barely blew air let alone cold air at 70+ degrees it’s kinda important. The room was tiny and 4 of us were tripping over each other. The furniture was nice tho..

Room was clean with a very comfortable bed. No plugs right by the bed to charge your phone. Hard to move around the bathroom and when you flush the toilet it kept running unless you manually flip the stopper in the tank. The gym area was closed when I was there so no morning work out. There is a restaurant right nearby

This is not a nice hotel. Try finding somewhere else to stay if at all possible. It looked like a hotel room from 1972, and I expected to see a rotary phone on the desk. Even the newer TV was falling off of its stand. This is a 1 star hotel. Not terribly dirty, but that is the best you can say about it.

I liked the bed (new one needed) and television. I found hair in the fridge. I was told the fridge was not in service. The front desk folks were extremely unprofessional. One of them was watching something on her phone and wouldn't even place her phone down to check me out and print my receipt. The room smelled like smoke. I was told people do not smoke in the room but i found cigarette burn marks on the sink. The A.C. was not working properly and floor and wall were dirty. I checked into one room and was asked to be moved to another room but the second room was not clean. They need to remodel the whole building, replace the wooden walls with something else, and i stall air vent in the bathroom. I paid too much for this nonsense and will not be checking back in. I do not recommend this hotel.

Property was clean, but dimly lit, difficult for playing card games. I could not take a shower because there was no hot water.

We were looking for a cheap place to spend the night in Milwaukee and this hotel fit the bill. It’s older and a bit rundown, but if all you’re looking for is an inexpensive place to crash for the night, it’s fine. Clean and relatively quiet. And $30 to $50 less than other hotels in the area

Perfect location for where I needed to be with a great rate! This is my 3rd time staying at this location and plan on returning when in the area.

The rooms are updated (new carpeting, furniture etc) Beds nice and firm. Transformed outside entrances to inside by erecting half walls with windows. Limited electrical outlets to charge electronics. NO real ability to control AC. Twisted knob marked AC fan with no noticeable change.

Comfortable. Nothing fancy. Room very cold. Could not adjust air conditioning

Checking in, I was told that I had 2 rooms reserved. I stated no & offered to show him the orbiz itinerary but he said he would just delete one of the rooms Then we struggled with finding an unoccupied function outlet to plug our phones in. The coffee maker leaked the water out as it was brewing - I managed to get a cup out of it. Then I received an email from my credit card company stating that an additional room had been attempted to be charged & they declined it. We'll see how that pans out over the next couple days.

Great location and good clean room. Hotel staff very good and knowledgeable.

great service rooms great hotel hallways needs painting and new carpet
