Stayed here for a girls shopping trip, and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were very kind, the breakfast was very good, and the pool area was wonderful- it’s a great place for families, a quick trip, etc. The beds were SO soft and comfortable, and very spacious rooms! Would absolutely stay here again.

Room was clean. pool would of been nice but it was so packed with little kids and hot tub was packed with parents so I enjoyed a hot bath in the room! still enjoyed our stay.

The room had a terrible musty smell to it ,, it needs an extensive cleaning job from walls to bathroom floors
The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the natatorium was huge! I loved having a third floor room overlooking the pool - it felt very homey having the fake flowers on the outside of my window. I will only stay here during my trips to Milwaukee from now on!
Overall, hotel looks great. Just some updates in my room such as the bathroom but was very clean. Staff was very friendly and suggested to grab a breakfast bag since I was flying out earlier than the time breakfast would start.
