Receptionist was awesome and so helpful. Refrigerator didn't work so she gave us a new room!!!. Both rooms very clean! Highly recommend!

Property was very dated. Furniture was broken and too big for the room. Couldn’t get water hot enough for shower. Not what I expect from a Fairfield property.
Ashley at the front desk was fabulous. Robert the shuttle driver was great as well.
Friendly customer service. Gave us a great recommendation for Mexican food. They even shuttled us there. Our bed was super comfortable.Clean. We will definitely stay again. Would be nice though to have just an adult time for pool and hot tub
Check in was fast. Hotel is clean and neat. Parking lot was full, parking was somewhat limited.
I called prior to arrival and was told we can park on site for up to two weeks for free but when we checked in they wanted to charge us $45. Then no towels except a hand towel in room and no toilet paper. Staff kept putting us on hold and no help. Finally got through and they brought two small towels and nothing else. No one would help about parking either.
The lobby was decorated very nicely for the holiday season, which was cheering. Also the breakfast options were quite varied and quite nice, actually. The offer of oatmilk for the coffee was very welcome.

This property was close to the airport. Fastest check in I’ve ever had. Breakfast had good choices. Bed was nice & comfy. Area was nice & quiet. Highly recommend.

We got in at 2am and were greeted with excellent customer service and they provided a very comfortable room/bed. It was very much appreciated.
