I never made it, and Expirian customer services couldnt help me with reembolsment. I am still in the cruise until tomorrow we ll arrive at Miami port, and not sure if we have to pay extra for my carry on, because I never planed to travel with Frontier airline also with transfer, that means pay carry on for 2 people twice in one day. I am really disapoint with the itinerary Expiria did. I got sick before get to Miami, that day American Airline sent me next day to Miami with ladeover in Orlando. I get late to Miami port.I a. Gonna file a complain against Esperia. No more vacation trust with them.

Loved the wide breakfast selection. Beautiful view of Airport and Blue Lagoon each on opposite sides. Very clean and new. Staff was awesome. Comfortable beds. No closets. No drawers. Open sace concept, only top counter mini desk and TV counter top. Some closet door or drawers would be helpful.

Parking is a problem here, I paid $18 per night and when in the evening i wanted to park my car, the garage was full. Hotel staff asked me to park at nearby Hilton hotel and walk back, which was inconvenient. Room service is every other day. Room size is very small, with zero closets. Not convenient, if staying with family

We booked 5 rooms, when we checked in they only showed 4 I had my reservation on my IPad so they were able to check the reservation. One of the rooms tv was not working and they didn’t have any hot water to shower. When we returned later the next night our room didn’t have local tv.
