The condo was very large and clean, close to everything. Large well equipped kitchen and laundry made our stay even nicer. Would highly recommend and will stay again when we revisit. Thank you for the awesome place to stay.

I doordashed bleach and clorox wipes. There were fake eyelashes in the room and dried up fluids. I cleaned the room and bleached the sheets for 2-3 hours so I could sleep there overnight. I flew in for a one night stay for an interview. The pool was unheated. The amenities dirty. This was a disgusting place to stay. The view was of the garage and a construction site. VERY GROSS. There were no bath towels. I bleached and laundered the only towel, a beach towel, and used that to shower.

The room we were initially assigned was not clean, and there was significant noise around the building due to construction. We requested a room change and were moved to another room, which was better but still did not meet our expectations. We then asked to be relocated to a room with a different view, farther from the construction area; however, this request was not accepted.

Front desk guy was very rude and mean. Not feeling any welcoming at this place. Room was clean but feels cold and plain in design. Was okay for a quick night for watching Miami Heat game. Too much hassle to read instructions to park, check in all that, not going back in the future

Room was nice but it was noisy, as it was immediately across from the Metromover. This also made sitting out on the deck unpleasant. It was our first visit to Miami and we were looking forward to sitting outside and looking at the beautiful bay and city which we were unable to do. Hot tub also wasn't working which was disappointing. It's in a great location but we would not return unless we could be guaranteed a room with a view.
