Coin operated laundry is on site, in the building next door The AC is kept at a comfortable 74 F at all times. Filtered water that is cold, cool or Hot for instant coffee and oatmeal. Free coffee, oatmeal, Tea and decaf coffee are available for the guests at all times in the kitchen that is restocked daily. Our private room, ideal for solo adventurers, or business travelers. The bathrooms and kitchen are cleaned daily but please note they are shared by all guests. We ask our guests to be respectful of other people staying in the house and to clean after themselves. There is a security camera at the door and in the hallway.
