No parking (this is normal in downtown Miami, I Know) but their valet is $39/night. Something people should know! The room and beds were great! But the stuff was very unresponsive. I called the front desk from my room several times during my three-day stay and they didn’t answer one of them. I had to go downstairs every time. Very short staffed. Breakfast is included but it comes in a brown bag and it’s frozen. I didn’t claim my breakfast at all. Pool is small but clean.

Where do I begin? First we were in room 708 on the 7th floor. Our window faces an outside freeway which tends to be VERY, very nosey at all times. You will hear car alarms, loud sports cars, people talking/yelling and just general outside traffic noise. Next, let's talk about the lack of drawer space in our room. We did not have any drawers except one in the night stand. No other drawers. There is an open closet that we had to creatively fold and store on a shelve. The bathtub was old and chipping. Very slippery when wet and no safety bars to grab onto when stepping in and out of the tub. VERY dangerous and I had to be very careful not to slip and fall. Also no bath mat in the tub to keep your feet from slipping all over the tub when you take showers. I hope they fix this immediately because it's not safe. Things that I like about the hotel is that it's directly in proximity to the city's trail ride system. You step out the hotel look to your right or left and you can jump on the trail system and ride it around the city per se for free. The grab and go breakfast needs some diversity. Eating egg biscuits, with a muffin and a piece of fruit like an apple gets old quick. I stopped going down after 2 times. I like having a pool with a whirlpool attached to the hotel. Very relaxing and convenient. Lastly, if you want to reach the front desk for questions or help, forget it! No one answers the phones at the desk and often they have 1 person there.

The website picture is very attractive, but inside are not, the price is very expensive per night. Bad experience

Centrally located. Tatiana at the reception was lovely.

The place was dirty. Hair in the bathroom, the flor had dirt on it I.e. wasn’t vacuumed. Then in the middle of the night the alarm went off so we got a flood on several floors. Our carpet was soaked vet and we didn’t get any sleep. It was a horrible experience. The shower did nothing have hot water. Probably the worst hotel experience ever. The crowd staying was party crowd. Outside the hotel was strong pot smell.

Beautiful location the rooms were a pretty good size, and the cost was perfect.

The front desk lady was SUPER helpful and friendly. She made the check-in process easy and fast! The king suite I reserved was cleaned when I arrived and spacious! Everything was great, they even have a pool outside and access to the walkway by the waterfront! (awesome views) My only complaint was that there was no room service (covid restrictions) but they provided us with enough towels and toiletries for our stay.

Clean

The parking issue was frustrating

No self parking available. Only valet for a daily fee not covered by the hotel

I liked the cleanliness of the room. Didn’t like that the TV didn’t work and couldn’t get in touch with the front desk to have someone come fix it. By the time I was able to speak with the front desk staff it was almost time to check out. The pool was closed which was a bummer. But overall the hotel is nice.

The hotel was clean and the staff were great. However I was disappointed at the lack of room service. Also upon returning from my stay, I did not receive my security deposit back. I paid for my stay and security deposit ($100) with my Cashapp card, come to find out they wasn't supposed to accept that as a form of payment.

everything was nice except for valet parking. They lost the key for our rental car, and still had the guts to charge me for valet parking.

There was nothing unique. It ended up being a place to lay my head & that’s it.

Great stuff and great rooms just didn’t like the location of the hotel thought I would of been closer to the night life. And woke up on my last day of vacation with bites after waking up.

La habitación se veía sucia, la atención en la recepción no fue clara y no hicieron aseo durante la estadía ......desayuno horrible lo entregaban en una bolsa para que uno lo preparara en el microondas de la habitación..... no lo recomiendo

Yes we did have a flood from our 10th floor down to the lobby. These types of situations are out of our control but I know the staff did everything we could to make sure the hotel was safe and got cleaned up. Outside there is a boat that comes with large party crowds and we try to tell those same guests to find there way home safely but this is Miami and there is so much we can do.
