My 1st room air conditioner did work they switched me to another room and the tub wasn’t draining properly so we just decided to deal with it. I give this place 5 out of ten could be much better

It was my friend’s birthday and we got upgraded to a suite, free of charge. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is near to the metro trains which can be taken to Bayside Marketplace that was a big plus.
