The Hotel room is quite comfortable to stay in with a nice scenic view of the outside especially during the Night, The food in the Buffet during Breakfast times were in excellent quality with several options to choose from, the Service and staff members were quite nice, another good thing is that some of the Staff members are Bilingual in English and Spanish and their services for shuttles for the cruises are quite convenient.

Breakfast needs options needs improvement in QUALITY and OPTIONS. Seasonings were missing and and food tasted bland. Everyone can't drink cows milk so add a Almond milk option. Fresher and sweeter fruits needed

Upon check in, I was told that due to a flood, they no longer had a room for me and that they would shuttle me to another hotel. That was not an option as I already had family staying at that location and as we were leaving for a cruise the next morning, we needed to stay together. They made it work but not without hesitation. They should have called prior to my arrival to notify me and others of the situation. There were some very unhappy guests. Additionally, the elevators were not working which made for an unpleasant hike with luggage to the 6th floor. It is not in the best of areas. Even our uber driver warned us about leaving the hotel after dark.
