Place is not in the best shape. Really rough bathroom. No beach chairs or any “extras” youd expect from a vrbo. Location is the only A i can give.

Great location and that’s it

The tv is broken and there’s no cable. There’s also no hot water for the shower. You can’t change the A/C to a certain temperature. Beds were comfortable and it’s a great location by the beach. The property manager never responded to questions I had during our stay.

Moldy Bathroom

The hall way carpet smelled like it had not been shampooed in ages. The bathroom had a curtain that did not reach the floor and whenever anyone showered there was water everywhere and I guess that is what has created the mold in the bathroom. I understand the TV was not listed as a bedroom amenity, but who would watch a TV standing up in the hallway. It made no sense.

I loved the location and proximity to many things in South Beach. Property was clean and well cared for. Shower area was tired but clean and Ill-placed TV set were the only minor items to point out. I would recommend this for travel with children that love the beach. Outstanding beach facilities nearby.

Amazing!

Had a great time at South Beach Miami with my two close friends. The property was so nice! Loved the kitchen and laundry option. It’s in an amazing locations. You can walk everywhere you need. Loved the Jalapeño Mexican restaurant right outside the property! Will definitely book again! ❤️💕

Poor Host judgement

This is a very small unit marked as 2 bedrooms with kitchen. Be advised that there is no table or chairs to sit on or for eating. There is one futon that you can sit on and with a small coffee table in the kitchen. Not having a table or chairs is annoying as while in the room, unless your going to lie in bed, there is no place to sit to relax. My biggest complaint on this experience (In June heat and humidity in Florida) is that we were not informed in advance that there was a planned construction project in the building requiring the air conditioner for the entire building to be turned off for the full week. We would obviously have changed our plans with this knowledge. The host attempted to place a temporary window air conditioner in one of the bedrooms but the effort was thoroughly inadequate to cool the suite. The nights were miserable and hot. Upon complaint, they recommended using a fan of which there were none. On Day 2 they did provide a fan but again was woefully inadequate to provide a comfortable room environment. The unit is in the Barbizon building in South Beach Miami which must have at least a hundred units and the whole time we were there did not see a single other occupant in the building likely because all occupants moved out and/or responsible hosts of VRBO units chose to not rent during the planned AC outage. It was grossly negligent and disrespectful of the unsympathetic host to withhold this info. Refund request denied. Recommend to Look elsewhere
