The staff was very helpful. The location is amazing. The amenities are great especially having access to beach towels to take to the beach with you. The downside is the room smells like stale cigarettes and a 100 year old basement with mildew and mold. The air conditioner was leaking. Lastly, the floors look like they've never been mopped. It just felt dirty in there. If they cleaned like they should nd the rooms smelled fresh I would come back. However, I wouldn't risk going back bc I truly value Cleanliness and attention to detail.

The photos do not match with the actual conditions of the hotel. The hotel is very old and not properly maintained. The carpet in the hallways is disgusting and the tiles are very old and they doesn't look very clean. The check-in process is confusing and slow. First, the staff instructed us to get the check-in information from a link sent via DM on hotels.com. However, we eventually needed their help because they charged a 'resort fee' (not listed on hotels.com). They needed to hand us the key directly, bypassing their own confusing protocol to store the keys in a bookcase. Despite all the terrible experience with the property and check-in process, the food at the restaurant. Overall, price/quality is not a good deal.
