Checkout was listed online for 12:00 PM. I was awakened twice by housekeeping knocking loudly around 10:00 and 11:00 AM, even though I had an alarm set and was planning to leave on time. I checked out before 11:30 AM, well before the listed checkout. The purpose of my stay was to rest, and the repeated interruptions defeated that. If a room hasn’t reached checkout time, housekeeping should move on and return later without disturbing the guest.
