The check in was rough. My reservation could not be found. After several trys and no luck they shut down and rebooted computer and it was there.

We were checked in by a gentleman who seemed bothered by our presence, and was not informed about breakfast or anything except that he locks the door whenever it gets dark! We did not immediately go to our room because we were visiting with family. Once we got into our room, the bathroom was filthy with a huge stain that could have been either haur dye or rust who knows... then the next morning the water was shut off due to a burst pipe which is out of their control, but they could have notified their guests who were staying about the situation. Overall, I feel we were charged entirely too much money for the stay! I will go elsewhere next time.

Hidden Gem

This is one of the best hotels we have visited. We travel all over the U.S. and this impromptu trip had us scrambling for a hotel... needless to say this one is a hidden gem! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The room is large, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is large and the water is so hot that you never want to get out of the shower. I will definitely book this place again!!

The beds are very confortable...a little softer than most which I prefer because I hate when my hips hurt from laying on my side where I have to flip over multiple times per night. The EGGS at breakfast were REAL scrambled eggs...LOVED THEM!!! Many choices of food. The DECAF coffee was DELICIOUS! Better than the caffeinated per my hubby ;) The only negative was the business center computers were down and I needed to print some things for work but was unable to.

Initial greeting was lukewarm but housekeeping and breakfast staff were friendly and gracious. Everything in room and hotel was nice. Breakfast was above average although my husband missed the waffle maker.

Disappointed

Noisy above and beside the room. Very disappointed considering we stayed here last week and were very pleased. Shower had rust stains from grab bar and the bathroom spigot was backwards and really wonky to maneuver to the point we could t get cold water.
