I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Fayetteville. Friendly staff and comfortable room.

Im in the hospitality industry and founf facility to be very pleasant

The hotel was clean. Check-in was easy. The room was non-smoking, as was the whole building. This made our stay very pleasant. Our boys liked that the desk was lit-up with cool neon lights. The parking lot a little small, and appeared to be attached to a run-down, weekly-rate, no-tell-motel. This made us worry a little bit for the safety of our vehicle. The pool was the one disappointment. The pool wasn't an indoor pool. It is an unheated, outdoor pool enclosed in a greenhouse. All the doors and the roof were left open to the elements, which was made the pool a chilling experience. The main pool was a little dirty, having caught bugs and leaves from being outside. There were very few pool towels available at the pool. Further, the designated smoking area was right next to the pool, forcing all visitors to walk through the stink to get to the pool,

I guess I expect a bit more from a Holiday Inn Express than a budget motel. My problem was that they were waxing the floors outside my door and the workmen kept us up. Difficult to get to coming from North.

We picked this motel basically because it had an indoor pool but it was closed, false advertising as far as we are concerned, disgraceful!

Evidently a remodel is underway. Our room had the kitchenette torn out with no refrigerator and cabinet door (no mention of this or discount). Just unfinished holes. Staff was friendly but stayed behind at breakfast. Bacon was rushed out and raw.

Was not informed of current remodeling and construction.very inconvenient, because we were not able to take advantage of some amenities that were offered like the fitness room due to remodeling.smell of paint and sheetrock was also inconvenient.be nice to be better informed, would not have minded as much.

Good value for quick overnight travel stop. Good hot breakfast, nice staff.

This Holiday Inn Express is convenient, offers an unusally good breakfast, has very pleasant staff, and reasonably nice rooms. It is a little expensive for its type, probably because Meridian isso completely booked in this period.

Very friendly staff. Happy hour in the evening. Good and quick breakfast. Great location for access to the hwy and airport.

Everything was great. The room was so awsome. The bed was so comfortable. This hotel was in a good location. Close to the shopping and resturant. The breakfast was good hot.
