We like the TRU brand cause they’re clean, modern and seem to always have pleasant staff. That was definitely the case for this TRU, however our room was substandard. The phone didn’t work. There was no trashcan. The flipper door lock was missing (!!) and the TV remote was so convoluted we gave up.

A very comfortable and mostly clean property. Could definitely use a vacuum in the halls, but overall very well kept. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Coffee bar in the lobby was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The check in staff were extremely helpful and kind she gets a A++. The hallway on level 2 smelled bad, the room looked like it has had water damage and also had a smell, the bathroom needs paint or calk as there were rust stains around the shower. The breakfast staff was on her cell phone the whole time we were there and we had to ask for items, the eggs were gone and never refilled.

The downstairs is super nice and the staff is awesome!!! There was no trash can anywhere in our room. The shower glass had soap scum and the pillows weren’t like we normally see at hotels. The remote and tv was not user friendly.
