Very pet friendly

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Gift bags were given to our 2 dogs with toys and treats. Room was clean and comfortable. It was our first time staying at a Tru hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

Will not stay there afain

Remotes did not work in either room. No replacements. Chains on blinds both broke. Ac buttons not working. Breakfast was below par. Pancake machine misfiring breakfast lady seemed uninterested when told. Ran out of bacon bagels.

Not sure I would chose this brand again

I generally don't like hotels with rooms that aren't carpeted. We asked for an extra pillow and was told they didn't have any but they had been ordered. One of the 2 elevators made weird creaking and shuddering noises and the other one was out of service - not very reassuring. I'm assuming this property had not been open very long and that they were still working out the kinks. The receptionist was helpful but seemed to be a little stressed out.

This place never again

Never again will stay in this hotel. We arrived last night from a 10hr drive. The double bed room we reserved and paid for was not available and we had to sleep 4 in one bed. Ridiculous poor management.
