The whole floor smelled of smoke. We had the only non smoking room, surrounded by smoking rooms. My husband didn't want me to request a room on another floor.

No elevator. poor breakfast. strong odors of marajuana and cigarettes. Not the cleanest. Bugs all through the frames on the wall. Would not stay again.

reserved a suite on the first floor that was not in conditions for being a suite, we stayed there last year on the 2nd floor in a standard room, and it was in better condition than the room we paid more for that was supposed to be an upgrade this year, the handle on the main door was at the point of coming off, the bathroom door would not stay open the air-condition unit was noisy and broken, and my wife found a Roach in the refrigerator that we couldn't use

When I booked this nonrefundable reservation on Expedia it said the hotel was pet friendly but when I arrived with my puppy it was not and I lost my money and had to book another hotel for the night (without help from Expedia)

Greetings, Didn't stay there it's dirty elevator doesn't work smoke detector is hanging from the ceiling it"s not a safe place to stay with your family! I wouldn't recommend no one to stay there not a cat or bed bug! They refused to give my money back! So I went to my bank and disputed! SMH!

The bed was clean, but the furniture, and room were old and looked dirty and dated. The heater/AC worked but was all cracked and broken. I would not stay again.

Very unsafe area. Front desk warned cars get broken into a lot. Room was very dated and dirty. Felt cleaner not using the shower than taking one. Kind of place you sleep with all your clothes and shoes on.
