When entering they was fixing the roadway to hotel with bricks and yellow tape everywhere. Check in was great and in a timely manner, good customer service. Got to the room and instantly noticed that the floor haven’t been vacuumed. Ask for extra towels on our second day never got any. Overall for price was okay, and it was close to places I was traveling to

The hotel did not make the beds or replace the towels for two nights. Eventually I had to tgo to the front desk to get new towels even though we left the "make the room" tag on the handle. They did not serve breakfast because of "Covid" however the did suggest we go to the McDonalds across the street. I guess McDonalds knows how to clean. This Hotel didn't. The hotel is smoke free and not far from the Casinos.

The only issue I had was the breakfast was cold. Nothing worse than cold eggs!

Once again, I enjoyed my stay at the at this place. After 3 1/2 hours of driving, the room (especially the bed) was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and took time to share conversation with you, even though they were very busy with emergency responders and victims from the nearby tornado disaster area.

The hotel was perfect. The staff was very friendly. The hotel had the best handicap accommodations ever. It is usually hard to get my handicap mother to travel with us, because most places claim to have handicap accommodations, does not. On a previous out-of-town stay at another leading hotel, the room labeled handicap did not accommodate a wheel-chair. My mother had to leave her wheel-chair at the bathroom door to access it. There were no grab bars anywhere in the room. She fell in the bathroom and hurt her arm. The next day we informed the front desk and was given another room, but it too had small doorways to the bathroom and did not accommodate the wheel-chair. It was also a smoking room, so we had to stay with the same previous assigned room. The stay was miserable for all of us. This hotel was perfect. Wide doorways, much space in the room for the chair to get around. Grab bars where needed, and even a transfer chair for the tub and shower. Also the breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and kept everything stocked. The value with booking twas great! I could not have gotten such a great deal without using my travel agent. My family could not believe the deal I got for such a great room.

Although the hotel clerk was very nice, I will not be returning to this hotel. The pictures listed on the website show a jacuzzi tub which was not the case after I booked the room and then had to spend an extra 50 dollars to get a room with a jacuzzi. BAIT AND SWITCH.

Clean, friendly staff, convenient location, hot breakfast

The hotel was awesome. Very clean! The employees were very nice as well. Very professional and helpful. The hot breakfast was nice too! If you like the casino, there are two just down the road. I would deffinately stay here again.

we visited the casino, that was a great deal of fun front desk was very nice, but the bed's were very hard and the other guest on the floor kept us up all night being very loud and beating on our door.

This was a last minute trip for me and my boyfriend. I wanted to give him a special treat for his birthday, the casino was booked, so I looked at this hotel. It was a pleasent surprise. Everything was quiet, clean, and wonderful!
