Quality Inn Louisville

2.5 out of 5.0

The location is awesome, the stuff is very friendly, the amenities great, breakfast awesome, I was surprised. The only complaint is the bathroom was not perfectly cleaned, had a smell of urine and mildew to it, bathtub had little particle of dirt and little short hair.

Stay away from this hotel. It is disgusting! The room was filthy, bugs flying all over the room and very loud guests. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in and will never stay in a Quality Inn again.

This hotel is adequate for short stays. Friendly staff, cleanliness.

We had a late check in. The night staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean. And exactly what we asked for.

Night staff very polite, helpful, when I checked in. When I checked out, I was offered a receipt with NO dollar amount and with the ADDRESS of SOME OTHER PERSON. This was a useless, pointless receipt. Also, the manager tried to get me to take the receipt, but there was no point. Now I'm watching closely for my credit card bill to see what I was charged for the room. Very, very unsatisfactory.

We arrived at the Quality Inn in Louisville rather late in the evening, but the clerk was very cordial and helpful. We had all the extras that we could possibly need in the way of shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, refrigerator, and a microwave. We were exhausted after a full day of walking at our son's graduation, but when we literally dropped into bed, the linens were clean and the mattress was firm---just like we wanted. It was very quiet and no one disturbed us the entire night. We used the room clock/radio to wake us early the next morning because we had a second graduation to attend; our daughter's morning program. Overall, we were indeed pleased with our stay and plan to use Quality Inns in the future.

Staff very friendly, lobby clean. Room was very nice. Didn't have to ask for anything, but had a pamphlet informing me if I needed anything to just ask. Plenty of recepticles for added things I wanted to use without having to unplug one thing to get another, (makeup light, cell phone charger, tech stuff). Breakfast, nice selection, someone there to assist if needed. Overall, IT WAS GREAT!!! Thanks!

I had requested through orbitz a non smoking room. They said they had been told told a smoking room had been requested. Since we were very tired and and it was late, we agreed to take the smoking room. When we went to the room there were ashes in an ash tray. There was no smoke detector, just some wires hanging from the ceiling. The bathtub walls had something on them that we washed off.

Not near as close as you think! 40 minutes of dark and winding road. Mapquest can't find this hotel so you are on your own and its not as easy as it should be. Room is fine once you get there.

I went down to Mississippi for my Nephew's graduation from Mississippi State. All of the hotels in Starkville were full. We stayed in Louisville and the accomidations were nice and clean.

OK place for a quick stay, in and out.
