This is an excellent hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff is very courteous. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel. Unlike the Hampton Inn, they do not provide a free breakfast.
We are travelers on motorcycles and we stopped the first night on points We stayed 3 more days due to weather there and where we were headed. There is a restaurant and bar onsite. The Harley dealer was a mile from the hotel so we had the bikes serviced while we waited on weather. Bed comfortable and very clean.
Great hotel. Great staff that provided excellent service. Will stay here again when passing through Meridian. Was pleased with all aspects of the hotel. Easy access from the interstate and really like stating at Hiltons.
Very good hotel with very competent personnel, room was clean and recently updated. All appliances and hardware in very good shape. Location is convenient to access highway as well as historical downtown.
We arrived late night. There was some issues with the app reservations but the front desk was excellent. She also made sure I got my double reward points. Accommodations were super. I loved the location and proximity to restaurants.
It was an adequate place to stay while traveling. An okay room with an okay breakfast (not free). Easy access from the roadways. We had no issues and we have no complaints. I'm not sure we would stay there again, but not ruling it out.
We stopped here on our way from Georgia to Texas and were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I have stayed at quite a few Hilton Garden Inns, but I must admit, that this is now one of my favorites. It was larger than most of them, but yet the staff was very attentive. When we walked into the bright, and spacious lobby with classical music playing in the background, we were quickly greeted by the front desk worker. He promptly provided us with our room keys, while even giving us an unexpected room upgrade (thank you!). Our room (629) was located on the top floor (the 6th floor) at the end of the hallway (away from the elevator). It was an extra large room with a king size bed! The furniture, although old school (1990s) luxury, was nicely arranged. The bathroom was lovely with a long vanity and two sinks. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. My only complaint was the light shining in the windows from the front of the hotel marquee. It was very bright and the curtains didn't block out this light. Requesting a north facing room might help avoid this issue as it will be on the backside of the hotel away from the bright shining sign at the front entrance. As for food, there are plenty of restaurants within a 5 mile radius. The hotel does also have room service, but just until 9pm. The menu looked impressive and included anything from pastas, to salmon, to burgers.
I rated this hotel highly the last time we stayed here, but this visit was not good. Our room (211), for one thing, had an annoying drip in the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. The drip would start about once every hour or so and was loud enough to wake us. It would last for maybe 6-8 minutes, so it was hard to get back to sleep. It started about 1:30 am, and we didn't want to get packed up and move in the middle of the night. Thinking maybe the dripping would stop, we stuck it out. What a miserable night! This hotel is apparently aimed at conference-attendees on expense accounts. The price is notably higher than the surrounding hotels with comparable rooms. Breakfast is not included, but there are several nearby places to eat a good breakfast for less cost than the Garden Inn charges. On the positive side, the bed was comfy and the room well equipped, including a coffee maker and choice of coffee and tea pods. Wi-Fi is complimentary. The staff is accommodating and the front desk clerk did make an adjustment to the room rate when I told him about the dripping noise. That was nice, but I have to say I would rather have had a good night's sleep. I'll stay somewhere else next time.
New hotel very clean roadside property most guests drive in needs a sauna for post long drive relaxation Very clean very helpful staff Breakfast looks impressive but quality of items leaves a lot to be desired A sauna or steam room would be great to help relax weary road drivers after a long day behind the wheel
