I stopped here with my family on our way home from spring break. The lobby is bright and welcoming, and then gentleman at the desk was friendly. He found us a nice room with a good rate. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had no problem with outside or hall noises. The next morning, we had the breakfast buffet. It is an all-you-can-eat made-to-order buffet. I believe it is $11.95 per person, but that may be incorrect. You can order french toast, pancakes, and omelettes. They also had biscuits & gravy, bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit, juices, and pastries. It was delicious. Every employee we interacted with (even just passing in the hallway) was friendly and offered a greeting and a smile. After a long day in the car, this was a welcome reprieve.
Very nice large entry/lobby with accommodations for lounging and eating. The breakfast is a standout and definitely worth purchasing with your room. Breakfast is inexpensive when purchase as a combo with your room but otherwise is a bit pricey.
I stayed here on a trip with my school and we all felt so welcomed by Jeremy. He was a phenomenal host and had great hospitality. I would definitely come back and stay here on my own because the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and beautiful. 20/10 to the service we received. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn
Past experiences with HGI have been positive and we were looking forward to a relaxing evening after a long day of travel. We made the mistake of selecting the Grill for our evening meal. The general attitude of the staff made us feel unwelcome and the meal was not impressive considering the price.
We stayed at this property last weekend and it was great. Just to get this out of the way the bed that I had was a little to soft for my taste but that is the only thing that I can say that was a negative about the room. Really this is definitely the best hotel that I have stayed at in the Meridian area and I have been to a few on business trips. The staff at the front desk was great and I am a stickler on customer service. The morning staff was the best but the others were friendly. I think the lady that was with Keith (think that is his name) they were the friendliest. Didn't get a chance to use any amenities but the hotel looked new. Everything was great, will definitely return.
HGI in Meridian is my go to hotel in the area. Always high quality with a combine to location to work, restruants and associated and amenities. Highly recommend for business or personal travelers. I will be back!
This hotel is a great place to stay whether you are going to be in Meridian for a couple of days or just staying overnight. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Typical layout for a Garden Inn, but this property has one of the best breakfast experience, from freshly cooked eggs to all the extras you would expect in a buffet.
The Hilton Garden Inn in Meridian is a terrific hotel- the value received is great, the staff are friendly, efficient and very professional. The location is very convenient, the restaurant is top notch, the grounds and rooms are spotless, and very secure. I would never stay anywhere else in the area!
We spent the night on our way to Georgia. Great older hotel. Friendly service. Breakfast buffet at a cost. Great choices and very nice service. Great dining nearby. Easy in and out. Front desk was great. Good advice and room is well maintained.
Room 224. Mattress is old foam with troughs on both sides of the bed. No support. Hips pressing on hard surfaces under mattress. Sleep quality is #1 priority. Otherwise staff friendly, rooms clean, lobby attractive.
