There were crumbs in the bed the linens did seem like they had been changed, no tissues refilled in the bathroom there was literally one tissue. The soap dish was dirty and had a hair in it. The room was spacious so that was nice, everyone was friendly, and the breakfast was good.

Breakfast was amazing. Room was amazing. Wish pull out bed had more comfortable mattress but hey it is a pull out bed can’t get really a good mattress for them. I wish the hotel was one we were staying at in New Orleans so we could have spent more then one night there

I tried to check in at 11:15 pm and had a reservation and the front door was locked with no signage pointing me in the right direction. I found a side door that was also locked. I then called the front desk for help though I had visibility to it through the window and saw no one there and was worried. Then I saw a woman walk out answer my call and before I could respond I watched her hang up and walk back to the room she was in. I called back immediately and watched her roll her eyes and throw her head back. As soon as she picked up the phone she made eye contact with me and I was waving for her to let me in. When she came to let me in she asked why I didn’t have my room key and I told her I was trying to check in. Then she seemed to get a little friendlier and I ended up getting to my room. Wasn’t amazing but wasn’t the worst I’ve stayed in. I’m just glad I was able to check in after a long travel day. I won’t be returning here as the initial experience was not so great but I hope they do better in the future.

Check in was super quick! The hotel could use a good top to bottom scrub/deep clean, but overall it was fine. Coffee in the lobby at breakfast was awful, like burnt awful, the rest of the breakfast was fine, quick grab and go.
