There were crumbs in the bed the linens did seem like they had been changed, no tissues refilled in the bathroom there was literally one tissue. The soap dish was dirty and had a hair in it. The room was spacious so that was nice, everyone was friendly, and the breakfast was good.

My experience was disappointing. The first room I was given still had trash left in the garbage cans and the room had an unpleasant smell. I asked for another room, but the second room wasn’t much better. The shower was dirty and there were stains on the furniture. On top of that, the key card machine wasn’t working, so staff had to let us into the room each time. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were not up to standard.
