Have stayed at Hampton Inn several times and have not been disappointed once with service and the facilities up keep.
The property is well maintained and orderly. Staff takes a lot of pride in their work and it shows!
After a football game I had a late check in. They put me into a smoking room and I’m a non-smoker. To say it smelled is an understatement. They blamed it on Orbitz.
Renovations were going on inside and outside. We were on the secure floor which was all new and beautiful. Have been at this Hampton Inn several times and will use this hotel again in the future. Staff always great. Great breakfast.
Older property but very well maintained and staff is helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast was excellent, much better than expected. A steal in this price range!
Musty smell in room , a/c seemed to struggle , some traces of mold and rust in bathroom
This hotel needs a makeover. It was old and tired, the staff seemed old and tired, the breakfast was average. The bed was very comfortable, but the room needs an upgrade and the cleanliness was average at best,
We stayed here for a family reunion. The hotel may have been nice in the past but both rooms we had were worn and had problems. My sister did not sleep for the entire trip because the air condition in her room turned on and off all night and was very loud. My room had a large water puddle on the floor and I think the air condition unit in the room above was leaking. This was not worth the price we paid. Choose the Holiday Inn Express nearby or the the Hilton Garden Inn.
