The property was clean and decent staff. When I booked this it was supposed to include a complimentary breakfast. There isn't any breakfast offered here only an extra charge for a couple items.

There is only one receptacle at the night table between the beds, which was only working intermittently. The room decor is cold and uninviting.
Everything was nice, the rooms clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool. The location was convenient. However, I don't care for hotels that charge for every little thing - a parking fee, a water fee, etc. Had I realized all of these charges would be added, I might have selected another property.
It was easy to find, the room was clean and update to date and the staff was all very nice. The food was on the pricey side and was unclear where the buffet breakfast was held in the morning. Also there was a $7 parking fee which should have been included in the room cost I've never had to pay a parking fee at a hotel before.
The Hotel needs to offer at least a Continental breakfast on site.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dining are really good, no matter the breakfast or dinner. It is also very convenient to Movies, Book store, and Mall or the airport. Provided shuttle bus to the airport which is very convenient in the night. But the insulation of sound is not good, I can hear everything in the night which is not quiet enough for me.
I arrived early but the front desk staff were nice enough to give me a room that was ready instead of making me wait. That was greatly appreciated.
Clean and nice hotel. 5 minute drive to the Manchester Airport. The only negative would be that they advertise in their lobby and the room (with menus) that they have an in house restaurant. When I went to the bar, the bartender looked confused and told me the kitchen was closed. It was 8 pm on a Saturday night. Very disappointing, but other than that the stay was pleasant.
Clean spacious room. The bed wasn't very comfortable though.
This is the second time I've stayed here in the past 2 or 3 months. I don't think you can do any better for the price point in the Manchester Airport area. The room and facilities are well maintained and comfortable and the staff is outstanding. The Courtyard by Marriott Manchester - Boston Regional Airport is my hotel in the Manchester area, it should be yours too.
Absolutely fantastic. I went for SNHU graduation and this hotel was phenomenal. Breakfast is one hot item or two cold items from the Starbucks in the lobby. Rooms were clean and services were very helpful. Easy to access and get to highways as well.
The hotel itself was very nice but our room just happened to be right next to the courtyard and we had to listen to drunk people yelling and screaming until almost 2 in the morning.

I do apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with breakfast. The Courtyard brand doesn't have a complimentary breakfast due to it usually having the bistro. If you did receive a comped breakfast via Expedia, we were never notified when your reservation was added to our system. Since the bistro is closed due to no staffing, we offered a grab and go breakfast option for our guest so that there was an option available. We hope you give us another chance in the future, we hope to have the bistro back open as soon as we can.
