I liked the clean white towels and clean white sheets. The floors, rugs could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The hallway rugs were filthy, as was the elevator floors. I have been in worse rooms and I have been in better rooms. Overall it was doable. I think I would look for a place that was cleaner next time.

This is a good hotel. The fitness center has well maintained cardiovascular equipment, but only has a few weights. Breakfast was very good.

Nice place but, NO HOT WATER during our stay . Was told it would be fixed first day and the problem was not resolved. It is terrible not to have hot water. We were on a business trip and difficult and embarrassing not to have hot water and to be told it would be resolved the first day and it wasn’t!

The people at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Their was a large selection of items available for breakfast.

Quick stay. Nice and easy check in. Basic rooms and finishes. Bed felt good.

Great location to airport. Clean and quiet. Comfy bed!

Nothing was outstanding with this property. Our room was dirty and I don't think the bathroom was even cleaned. Thank goodness I brought clorox wipes.

The Breakfast could be better. The TV has only a handful of useful channels; I’m guessing it’s because it’s basic satellite service and not cable.

Waited 18min for the lady to open the front door so she could smoke a butt with another guy Tv was black could not watch it

We do apologize, due to Covid-19 we are restricted from providing a hot breakfast, however we do offer a bagged to-go breakfast. And in reviewing Orbitz's website, it does list only credit cards as our accepted methods of payment.

We do apologize for our unanticipated boiler malfunction that proved harder to fix than we were expecting. But we are happy to report that everything has been restored to full functionality.
