The hotel was situated overlooking the ball park. Although Orbitz says check Innis 2 pm, the hotel says 3 pm and many people weren't able to check in until close to 4 pm.

This facility is next to a baseball field. I am sure in the summer it would be great to sit on the patio and watch a game.

Very nice hotel, extremely clean nothing to complain about. The grounds are kept nice and the patio overlooking the baseball field is a very cool feature. The only downside is that you have to pay for breakfast. Other then that the place was easy to find and right in the middle of everything. Would stay again.

Nice clean hotel. Good location. Had a pool and hot tub.

When I first went to check in the guy at the reception desk said I didn’t have a registration and maybe I was thinking of the other Hilton in town. I showed him my confirmation and he was like “that’s not one of our numbers” after a few more minutes of back and forth he finally checked again and found my registration. No apology.

Next to ballfield. Walk to downtown. Easy driving

Felt staff was not very friendly or helpful, did nit feel very welcomed, or comfortable. Upon leaving not one person said good bye or thank you

Fantastic location, very clean facilities and some of the most professional, friendly and helpful staff I've ever encountered!

I loved the location of the hotel. I was disappointed the pool and hot tub was closed.

Nice clean place. Convenient to downtown and the highway

We had a short but good visit. We took advantage of the free shuttle to take us to one of the restaurants downtown (a short drive away). That was a nice perk and the shuttle driver had good recommendations for our visit.

Clean! Great view from room of ball field. Patio food was great!!

Stay at this hotel while visiting Manchester a couple of times a year. Staff are always friendly rooms are clean also easy and free parking. It's a deal breaker for me to have to pay to park while staying at a hotel.

The view from my room was absolutely stunning, the room was what you would expect from a Hilton property. The staff was friendly and helpful and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

we arrived just before check in time on our wsy to a wedding. The staff were very professional and quickly accomodated our needs so that we could get freshened up and on our way in the shortest time possible. The breakfast was good, a step up from the typical free continental, although a bit more expensive than i had expected. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would book this hotel again next time we are in new england.

Great dinner and view of the stadium from the patio.

My wife and I decided to spend the night in what we had hoped to be a NICE hotel and not worry (much) about the cost. This is one time the old addage You Get What You Pay For was incorrect. Upon entering the first room, there was MOLD in the shower. I reported this immediately to the front desk and they relocated us to another room. The second room was a Handicap Accesable room, our thoughts were we hope we did not take a room from someone who might need it. Being a Handicap Accessable room it was missing the large tub the first room had, So much for a relaxing tub. When in the room we discovered The Keurig machine had been used just before we entered?? By Who??? that left us with only one cup and no coffee. Reported this to the desk. Later was told the pantry sells K-Cups for $1.00 each.
