Hotel is located in what seems to be an old textile industry building that was completely rebuilt to make it into an hotel. When driving in parking lot feeling you are in the wrong place. Lobby is small but clean and OK.. Personnel is courteous. Room is clean, a little small but perfectly adequate. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is average, better than many. Most surprising was the fact that it is right next to I-293, which you can hear in parking lot, and, yet, room was real quiet. Had a very pleasant stay for a very good price.

I booked 2 rooms for a concert Sat 4/30/17 (1 for my & husband & me & 1 room for my sister & her husband) Our room smelled very strongly of weed (not that this is terrible, but we had a non-smoking room) bedspread was stained & gross, no screen in the window, bathroom dirty. My sisters room had a plastic bag tied around the smoke detector (does anyone check the rooms before check in?) We all felt uneasy but we were there for the show & figured, we'll just sleep, get up early & drive home. After the show & returning to the hotel we could not sleep there. I am not that picky & have stayed up dumpy dive motels many times in my life & this was hands down the WORST.

Last minute resevation when had a sudden change in plans at 10:30pm. Served our needs, nothing fancy, just a clean bed, that was nearby and reasonable priced.

basically good, overall good. just stay for one night, so everything is ok.

In town for daughters volleyball game @ St Anselm College.

Don't stay here while the rooms are clean it's an unsafe neighborhood my wallet was stolen right at the front desk as I was checking in

I called a day before to confirm and it took the desk clerk about thirty rings before he answered. The day we arrived there was no one at the desk. We stood around waiting for ten minutes to be checked in. The room wasn't terrible. In the future I would spend a bit more to have decent parking and someone truly interested in my overall comfort.

The hotel staff was so helpful and understanding. Whatever we needed we just asked and it was received. The hospitality was great and inviting. Will definitely be back to this hotel.

Econo Lodge is fairly priced and convenient to the local scene and hi-ways. I like it. There was a miscue regarding the kind of room I wanted, but I don't think this was the fault of Econo Lodge. I believe it was the booking agent.

Is a budget hotel, but staff is very nice and it is located super close to the Manchester airport.

Very economical if you just need a room on the cheap. Close to downtown Manchester and St Anselm college. I would say it is very basic and a bit run down but frankly at the price you get what you pay for $75 a night is unbeatable for a last minute room if you really want to save money. NOT recommended for the picky or faint of heart

We needed somewhere to stay going thru town and this was a great location right in town close to a lot of stuff. We arrived late and were accommodated well. They have laundry on site which was nice and great pamphlets and order menus for food. There's not a high quality to the room items but they are not the worst and not in bad shape for the money.

Clean room in a nice neighborhood. Very close to the Manchester airport.

For the price it was a good stay! would have been better c breakfast with some fruit and waffles.

Ok. Close to town and airport. Red arrow was a great diner.

Already knew what to expect from family that live in Manchester. I wasn't expecting much and that's what I got. Room was clean and quiet. Just a place to sleep, was perfect. No complaints, except the one elevator was scary slow. . (Was working on it when I left). Good IF your just looking for a place to sleep.

The room we had the first night was infested with ants. They ate through a double bag of nuts and unopened box of crackers. I had to throw the suitcase out as they had taken up residence. Floors and carpets were dirty. Sheets were threadbare. Different room second night. Still dirty but no ants, we had no food, maybe that's why. Manager showed a cultural bias when dealing with a woman. Totally different approach when dealing with a man. Only plus was it was central to downtown.

The staff was friendly which was the best part. When I got into my room it was about 90 degrees. I had to turn on the A/C immediately and it took awhile for the room to cool down. The toilet paper roll rack in the bathroom was so far away from the toilet I almost fell over trying to reach it. It was convenient for what I need, and cheap, but definitely needs some updates.

Clean, comfortable, very helpful staff. Staff helped me find a restaurant nearby. Quieter hours were observed. Safe. Close to airport.
