I loved the staff they were very attitive to my needs and it was very quite and the kids loved the pool

Easy access to main roads and restaurants. Was not happy with the $7.00 parking fee for their parking lot. Young woman at front desk when we arrived was spectacular.

We stayed only one night but would have been happy to have stayed several. Nice clean room, nice clean kitchen and enough elbow room in the bathroom for two. The kitchen was nicely equipped - even a disposal. We felt it was a great little room for the price and would definitely stay there again. Deducted 1 from overall score only because breakfast area was tiny and it was a struggle to get food and sit down.

Close to lots of restaurants, convenient to airport

Everything you could reasonably expect plus some extras. Personable and professional staff. Very comfortable bed. Only improvement I could suggest is a tv guide which identifies which exact show is on. Perhaps there was one but I couldn't find it. I look forward to staying there again. Extremely positive experience.

Stayed here over a weekend in early March. The room appeared very clean but there was an unpleasant odor, just not fresh. This particular room (1 queen bed and kitchenette) was very small but okay for 1 person. Would definitely not call it a "suite" as the bed, 2 nightstands, loveseat, coffee table, full size desk, TV stand, and kitchenette were all basically in 1 small room. The heating/AC unit was very loud and the clicking when it cycled through the night will wake you up every time if you are a light sleeper. Also, the hallway door to the front desk area slamming throughout the night was very loud.

Nice place to stay, would recommend. Although it is close to the airport, we didn't hear a single plane and this place is pet friendly. Breakfast is a little meager but enough to get the day started.

They take pets! Our Studio Suite had an overwhelming smell of room and rug deodorant, with an undercurrent of, mmm, tobacco, dog? They were very nice but it was the last room available; they called the Marriott Suites next door and they had room for us. That was excellent; bigger cleaner, newer, and well worth the extra price.

Easy to find, friendly front dest personnel, room was quiet, clean, just what we needed. We were worried that it would smell "smokey" as some hotels will put you in a smoke-free room but everything around you reeks of smoke. Not here, the whole place was smoke free! We would absolutely stay again. Thank you.

For the most part is was extremely calming and fun. a nice swimming pool, kinda cold, but it was nice.. Flat screen TV, and a pull out bed in the room. It was all quite nice. One Flaw tho, When i was putting my close away i opend a dresser draw and found DIRTY underwear! EW!! but i called front desk and they came up right away and removed them.

Clean spacious room, attentive staff, close to shopping and recreational activities

i really was not happy with the room cleaning staff. when we checked in there was a large sticky spot on the floor in the kitchen. we were there for 4 days and 3 nights the spot was never cleaned up. on the third day the room cleaning staff never showed up we had to ask for clean towels.

I have stayed at the Marriott Town Place in Manchester several times over the past 2 years. They have yet to disappoint. The rooms are a great value for the money and are always clean. The location is convenient to the airport and to I-293 and I-93. I look forward to my next visit to the area and to staying at this hotel.

Hotel was clean and comfortable

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful about the surrounding area.

This place was clean, comfortable and very affordable. We will stay here again when in the area.

Overall this place was a good value for the money but we were not pleased to find the last guests' trash in the wastebasket in the kitchen, (McDonald's stuff, not just a few scraps of paper). It made us wonder if the sheets had been changed. Also, the whole place is non-smoking, which we appreciate, but it has that stale smell of smoke from years ago. It's close to the airport and we got two rooms for a good price but it's definitely not for the fastidious.
