The breakfast was excellent. I did not appreciate the $5.00 charge to park my car in a parking lot owned by Holiday Inn. I will not be staying at this Hotel ever again. You can keep my $5

The elevator that opened when we got there had a sign in it saying out of order do not use. Asked the desk and she shrugged. Sign was in the elevator that came when we called one to leave also. New person at the desk the again acted like it was not a big deal- it was a little nerve wracking getting in the elevator.

I arrived late at night and had to wait for about 10 minutes in the lobby waiting for anyone to show up. I called into the back and knocked on the door but no one came. After yelling hello for the 20th time someone finally came to the desk. The room wasn’t very clean. There was a used coffee pod left in the coffee maker and the sugar packets were both open and items removed.

Hotel was clean and staff was courteous. Snack room could have been more stocked. Be careful if you choose pay at site. I called the day before and was quoted about $200 less than what I had to pay once there. Still waiting for an email receipt 8 hours after checkout.
