Pretty bad drug smell in the halls. Seems to be a long term stay hotel at this point. Not family friendly.

Jacuzzi jets didn't work in King Suite although was told prior in email that they worked.

For the price, it’s not so bad, though the facility is a bit dated. The location places it within 15 minutes to downtown Manchester and all the cool restaurants.

My daughter injured her foot while staying here. There was a loose nail and she stepped I'm it near the pool. My husband told the front desk to get maintenance to repair it as soon as possible.

A hotel we had previously booked had their pool closed, so we cancelled the reservations and last minute booked a room here. We have 4 young kids and another on the way, we are used to dirty looks and intrusive people, which we were expecting from the staff and guests when we walked in. Instead the staff smiled at and greeted our girls, then greeted us with a warm welcome. Even the fellow guests were nice and friendly. The girls had so much fun in the pool and mommy and daddy enjoyed the got tub. The entire hotel is immaculate. The rooms are spacious, warm and cozy! They even had a crib for our baby. We absolutely enjoyed and loved our stay here!

Stayed here after the NASCAR race in Loudon , very convenient .

Very nice hotel close to the freeway. Tucked in behind other buildings so a little tricky to find. Clean and updated. Unfortunately breakfast was served later than we could stay since we had an early flight out of Manchester. Would definitely stay there again

Love the continental breakfast and the close proximity to the Manchester airport. The only short fall we experienced was there was not a microwave in our room #125. Over-all we come to Holiday Inn Express whenever we fly into or visit in the Manchester area.

At appearance it is a great hotel offering a lot for the price, but look on the glass tables and windows to see fingerprints and coffee cup marks that are there for days. In my room someone before me wrote hello in the mirror fog after a shower and it was still there when I took mine so that means they didn't even wipe the mirror. If things like this aren't clean, what about door handles, telephone receivers or remotes? I ended up wiping down my own room just thinking of it. I liked the hotel and hope the cleaning staff pays more attention in the future.

Stay was good but I think the night attendant sleeps. Two nights we couldnt find the night clerk till we called the front desk from lobby. Both time he came out rubbing eyes and confused

The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient as we needed to catch an early morning flight.

This Hotel worked out great for our trip. It was clean, Staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

After a long day of flying, delayed flights and a long time getting our rental car, Holiday Inn Express at the airport was a welcome rest. The staff was kind and efficient and the continental breakfast was very good. We were out efficiently in the morning and on our way.

This isn't a bad place but not great either. It's located right next to a highway, so there is a little noise from that. The location is also off the main street and there is nothing at all within walking distance to do, see or eat. The room is just fine along with everything else, just nothing special.

Friendly staff, reasonably good breakfast items, very clean and well-maintained.
