Room was under repairs with masking tape used a threshhold. Bathroom wall and towel makeup stained. Desk chair assembled backwards which was a tippy safety hazzard. The hot tub was down and pool over clorinayed smell even on 3rd floor and in lobby.

The Hotel did not have the reservation as it was listed under a wrong name. Expedia had one phone number with no live person. After a long time we figured out the wrong NSW,e “Y” that was on my reservation. Done with Expedia.
