The room was great as was the service. Our primary reason for booking was the pictures of the pool area; the pool was cold and the hot tub was cool. We booked to enjoy some time with our grandson, and it was a disappointment only because the pool was so cold. As adults, we would have appreciated a hot tub experience that didn't feel the temperature of a normal pool.
