The hotel was great and it was close to shops and the mall and surrounded with places to eat at. There is a pool that is kids friendly, however, the pool was not heated making it hard for the little one to stay in the pool for too long. We mostly picked this hotel because of the pool and it was unfortunate that it was not heated.

Stayed at hotel for one night while visiting son. No problems whatsoever, although I would have preferred a softer matress.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the highway. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The loby snack shop/restaurant is open late and has a wide variety of food options at good prices

Awesome hotel with great amenities without busting your wallet. Very clean and the room was spacious and clean! I am a badger season ticket holder and will be booking my stay there for each football game!!

Hotel was good, great area in Middleton. Not to far from madison. Maybe 15 minutes max.

We had a lovely room and a very nice stay here. The staff was very welcoming and nice. Loved the comfy bed and the lounge area with the a Starbucks. I even felt compelled to work out at the gym. Will def. be back!!

I did not anticipate that a Marriott Courtyard would be such an outstanding hotel given its reasonable cost. But I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff was tremendously accomodating and efficient. The entry level ambience with its breakfast area - evening cocktails/small plates venue was extremely well thought out and handy. The hotel rooms were quite large, and included a sitting area and work station. The bed was also large and comfortable, as was the bathroom which included a walk-in shower (rather than a bathtub and shower curtain arrangement). And everything seemed spotlessly clean. When I made my booking I noticed that this Courtyard was rated within the top 10% of all Marriott Courtyards in the U.S. After a very enjoyable stay at the hotel for 2 days I can understand why it received such a rating.

After attending a Badgers football game, we stayed at this hotel. Very nice hotel and a Starbucks on-site.

This was the perfect place to stay for us while visiting my son. The bed was comfy, the courtyard was super nice, we enjoyed the lounge and Starbuck coffee and breakfast was great. The rooms were big and clean and getting to and from campus was a breeze. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The room was super clean, which is really the most important thing to me. We had everything we needed - would have liked a 2nd mirror, and the water was super soft, but no major complaints. The location was a good compromise between suburban conveniences like free, easy parking, and easy access to the city of Madison, with tons of great restaurants and shops and culture. We ate at Graze (amazing) and perused the local paper to find entertainment - lots of options, including several concerts and a local storytelling/comedy show, but we settled on the free concert along the harbor. The band was pretentious, but we had fun laughing at them, and the crowd was really chill and the night was beautiful. We got sushi lox and cream cheese at Bagels Forever the next morning, and coffee at the Froth House and recommend all of it. Highly.

Very nice, clean and updated style! Loved it! Flat screen t.v, nice lobby with bar and eating area.

My mother and I came to Madison for my daughter's bridal shower. We weren't in our room more than 10 minutes and a girl from the front desk checked to see if the room was to our satisfaction and if we needed anything.

Very friendly staff with clean updated rooms. Pool was great for small children. Overall nice place to stop for a nights rest with two small children.

I went with my wife to ski in Devil`s head ski place. This is a great spot to stay if you plan to ski more than 1 day. It is only 30 minutes away from slopes. This is very nice hotel has hot tub jacuzzi and nice pool. They serve nice breakfast in the morning, rooms are very clean and up to date. The only thing -the TV does not have HDMI input so we could not hook up our laptop to it to stream TV and movies.

The hotel was clean. The pool was decent size but was designed more for children.

Loved staying at this hotel. Great pool area to keep the kids busy while the parents relaxed. Nice workout area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a awesome bar and comfortable lounge area where you can hang out with your friends and family. We'll definitely be staying there again!

The staff was very pleasant and upbeat. Everywhere we were at was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and I'm really picky. There wasn't any noise at night we slept sound. The breakfast was good. The town was like a little Christmas town the shopping was fun.

This was a convenient location for easy access to downtown Madison at a reasonable rate. The hotel was clean and quiet with friendly staff.

We had pleasant stay; the room was very comfortable, clean, and the staff met all expectations and more.

good place, close to university, little in-door water park was perfect for kids 6 & 7 years old
