Was decent for a one night stay. Next to a Costco, which was convenient for us. Was cheaper than other hotels. Breakfast was pretty basic but coffee was strong, which was good. Room was clean but dark, not enough lights or lamps in the room. Had fridge, tv, coffee maker, microwave but we didn’t use any of those so I don’t know if they actually worked.

The room was clean, but the threshold into the bathroom was missing. They had replaced it with a wide piece of painters tape, so they obviously knew about it, but a proper repair was not done. The breakfast was good, the hotel quiet and in a good neighborhood. .
This is the way they replaced the missing bathroom threshold. 😳 They obviously knew it was missing and still put a guest in the the room.

I’m kind of shocked this hotel has a “excellent“ rating, 8.8. I’d give it 6 at best. It is under construction, being remodeled. We were put in a remodeled room that clearly was not finished. It had blue tape all over the flooring, furniture and decor mismatched, overall unappealing and the light switches were gummy. Bathroom actually kind of gross. Old tub, dirty, grout, paint bubbling, and peeling near the shower. We were also told to use a side entrance that led to a hallway that was closed for construction. There was plastic sheeting hung in the hallway with a hole in it we had to pass through with our suitcases. Country Inns used to be so nice, I was not expecting this!
