First time on the island and randomly picked this hotel. Wonderful place and experience-would stay there again.
It was nice being on Main Street. The room was very big, the kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the staff were very friendly/helpful.

Watch out for “ha-ha” rooms - you know - when they give you a key to the room directly across from the elevator and next to ice/vending AND the stairs- the clerks say to themselves “haha” you got stuck with THAT room - when you call to switch they claim they can’t switch you as they are sold out

Loved that it is historic and great location. Didn't like that the bathroom hasn't been updated since the early 1990's and that there were tiny flies stuck to the ceiling of the shower.

Good hotel with excellent service, excellent location, a little old.
The location is great being right across from the Shepler's Dock. The lobby is beautiful as well as the front porch. The hot tub was out of service as well as the sauna which would have been nice to know. We stayed on the 4th floor which is only accessible by elevator. Ice machine not on same floor.
Beautiful hotel. Pool was indoor which we didn’t realize and was great because we didn’t have great weather. Most rooms border pool so glad that they abide by the pool times. Not a good hotel I’d you have young children you want asleep before ten, as you’ll hear all thre pool noise.
Great location wonderful room with huge hot tub. Drop off breakfast at door in morning. I am definitely staying at this hotel again. Luggage was dealt with easily.
