this is not a. 3-4 star hotel. $40/day for mandatory valet is a rip off. valets are rude. rooms are noisy can here the people in room next to me. shower head doesn’t shoot water straight. lighting is uneven. toilet paper holder not installed properly.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Angeleno. The best thing was the super-comfortable bed and pillows. The rooms are better than the hotel hallways—clean, not run down. It’s a bit loud from the highway, but I sleep in earplugs, and that fixed the issue. Breakfast was also great for America: full omelette bar, bacon, potatoes, porridge, fruits, toast and pancakes. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff are always very accommodating and make my stay very enjoyable. The food at The West Restaurant in the hotel is good. I had breakfast each morning and dinner one evening which was very convenient!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's near a safe area and the view from the breakfast spot is breathtaking. The breakfast was complimentary, and it was delicious! Probably the best free breakfast I've had in a hotel yet. I will definitely be booking here again.

I like the design of the hotel very unique! And the inside was absolutely classy and vintage style especially where the snacks are! My husband and I would love to come back and stay but next time for a vacation, because this current stay— I was returning home from a doctor appointment because we live far! Hehe

Great place to stay for visiting LA. Rooms has some view of LA and nicely designed. Bar/Breakfast on roof is quite well as well. For the price it is no brainer.
