Close to Everything. Great staff.

Hotel is a converted apartment complex so the rooms feel more like a home than a hotel. The secure parking is great and the staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Next door to the Dolby Theatre and Highland Center/Chinese Theatre. Highly recommend.

Loved the Location the most!! Right behind the Dolby Theatre and a shopping mall. The friendliness of staff, cleanliness and size of the rooms were great. Everyone was awesome, especially Patricia during breakfast - which was included and was perfect in terms of selection. Think continental breakfast...bakery, fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice and coffee. Ubered everywhere, but if you have a car it’s only $15 a day to park. We would stay here again!!!!

Great stay!

The service was excellent at Hollywood Orchid Suites ! The location was perfect for us as the location is near many places we planned to go. The breakfast was very good, lots of options!! Everything was clean and welcoming. The plants and flowers are all lovely. We had a really wonderful time. My one negative is the beds. The mattress is so hard and uncomfortable and the bedding harsh on my skin. I would come back here if new and better mattresses were bought and nicer linens. Otherwise, all was perfect.

A great place to stay

It was amazing. My family enjoyed our vacation not just the place we went to but because we enjoyed the hotel we stayed. It was a perfect place for a family. First time that we experience a very relax environment for a family. We feel at home. Totally recommend this place.

Couldn't get more central to Hollywood boulevard with great access and great transport to all attractions/restaurants. The suite itself was faultless , very spacious , fantastic kitchen facilities, very comfortable would definitely visit again. Breakfast was brilliant , just what was needed with very attentive staff looking after us . Having visited L.A before and staying downtown in the Millenium Biltmore, which was lovely but would rather come back here as it exceeded all our needs.. Would recommend it to anyone . Thanks to all who looked after us :)

Superb Location and Big room

Locations is the best. Room is spacious and have fully equipped kitchen. The lady at breakfast has best service mind. Housekeeping need to improve. I found the hair left in toilets for 2 days. We booked room for 3 persons but they only provide water and amenities for 2 persons. We got bad experiences from the receptions who stay at night shift (Rommel G or similar) when went to ask him about extension of extra bed (we initially booked extra bed for 2 night, but our friend decided to stay 1 more night). While we were talking to him about what we want, he interrupted and tell us that he will service another guest first. Initially, we did not clearly understand what he meant, so we continue talking to him about our request. Then he interrupted again by asking another guest (who waited behind us) as if they were at reception when we arrived (which implied if we have cut their line). so I asked why he asked this question then he just explained that the other guest came earlier and they went down to garage (that's why when we arrived at reception, there was no one waiting in line) the key issue is that this receptionist should ask us in the more polite way if he want to ensure first come first serve. As he had mindset about we did not queue up properly, he did not even listen to what we were asking. He eventually end up checking for the room extension instead of extra bed extension, which he also mentioned that there was only "expensive" room available.
