Es un hotel que tiene mucho recambio de personas y por eso no les importa demasiado la atención al huésped. De 3 ascensores, sólo andaba 1.

Should be charging $65 a night at best. That place smells, it’s incredibly outdated, has no restaurant, it was probably last painted or cared for back when they opened it in the 80s. Disgusting.

This place shouldn’t be called a Sheraton, its border line a motel at best. Duty showers, walls, outdated furniture, no real privacy as there’s an active hallway in front of everyone’s room, the place looks like it hasn’t been painted since the 90s. Overpriced breakfast $27usd for Costco food. The restaurant was closed for whatever reason. However, the staff is nice except for the one seating at the front desk wearing a mask - rude lady if she is so sick that needs a mask, shouldn’t she be home? Not a good value at all.

They didn’t tell us about No hot water for the rest of my stay.

This hotel is obviously going through an employee disagreement The employees decided to protest at 6 AM. They had buckets bull horns and they were walking around the entire property on the outside making noise at 6 AM in the morning and I complain to the staff and they did nothing didn’t offer to move me to a different room until I asked, may I be able to move to a different room but being moved to a different room didn’t help, the bathtub was clogged

This place did not clean my room neither did not throw my trash and did not get no clean towels I had to call 5 times 5 hours later to get towels to the room. They cancel my card to open up the room. I had to go downstairs to get another card to activate it. This place was just very horrible management was very poorly, I want my refund this place does not deserve one star Sincerely, Jose luevano

I liked the location, it could use a renovation but I still had a good stay

This is not in the best neighborhood, parking is an arm and a leg, the rooms are so outdated and smelly, carpet in the room is filthy. The whole place in general is just completely old and is in desperate need of a renovation or something. Made the mistake of lifting the sheets off mattress and was horrified to see a bunch of yellow stains. Hotel is nothing like the photos.

bed sheets were just thrown on the mattress hair on the bath towels tub backed up when you run shower no house keeping or engineer was on site when i asked for towels, blankets & told them the heat didn’t ash on the toilet seat sink was leaking from the faucet

Everyone on staff from check in to check out was amazing and the restaurant was great service room clean well stocked

This place needs renovation and the $350 deposit is crazy the rooms don’t even cost that much
