The thing that I did not like very much. It was that from the time that I arrived.I have no time . That I was not allowed to park my truck with my trailer in the parking area. I was very tired and I had to wake up at 3:00 Am go back to work and around. 1130. The front desk call me to let me know that I should not be parking. On the parking lot that I should not be take 5 parking spaces. But once again, when I checked in at no time, i did not mention anything.,

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was mixed. The biggest issue for me was the persistent smell of mold throughout the room. It was strong enough to give me a headache during my entire stay, which made it very hard to relax or feel comfortable. The bathroom also had a couple of frustrating design flaws. The shower curtain was too short, so every time I took a shower, water spilled all over the bathroom floor. On top of that, the water pressure was extremely low, making showers feel more like a light drizzle than anything refreshing. On a more positive note, the mini kitchenette was surprisingly useful. It came with all the basic essentials, and the fridge was a good size—enough to store several days' worth of food, which is great if you're planning a longer stay or prefer to cook some of your own meals. Overall, while the kitchenette was a highlight, the room conditions—particularly the mold smell and poor bathroom setup—were major drawbacks that impacted my stay significantly.

The main reason why I booked this hotel is the listed amenity of an EV charger in the parking lot. I drove in from Arizona and was relying on there to be an EV charger in the parking structure. When I arrived and asked the front desk they said it does not have a charger. I feel lied to. I would not have booked this hotel if I knew it did not have a charger. It’s listed in Expedia and their own website. I feel this is incredibly dishonest. I would really like to talk to someone about getting a refund.
