Clean and comfortable with a good location, not as close to LAX as I though it'd be though. Secure, free parking. We had no issues. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is located 10 minutes away from LAX. Great location. Clean and solid for its price. Breakfast was traditional continental. I would stay here again

Easy check in . Close to airport. Hotel and rooms were clean and beat. Costs for things brought at the hotel were reasonable.
The hotel was a little older but very clean & kept up. I had a bit of a hard time finding where to park when I first got there as they share unloading parking with another hotel & it wasn't marked. The staff was super friendly & helpful. Room was very comfortable. Bathroom was super clean.
Holiday inn is a very comfortable hotel to stay at. Feels like home and the staff working there are really nice. Has breakfast every morning, pool, fitness center, computer room, and laundry room. Room is clean and they provide a baby crib if you have a new baby or infant under 1 year old.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice enough and the breakfast was good. The location was the key for me. It is only a 10-15 minutes from LAX.
I absolutely enjoyed staying here. Been having bad luck with hotels and finally found a good one. Definitely will be coming back. Room was very clean, bed was very comfy, staff was nice, and I used the fitness center which was also great.
I was very excited to book this hotel due to all the rating on Yelp. But I am very angry and disappointed in this hotel. Having booked this hotel way in advance and I even request two baby cribs in writing while booking this hotel. Once we checking in the hotel, we also request it again in person to make sure they do it. They've promised to have it at both of room soon. We went out to dinner and when we came back there was no cribs still, nobody to called us to let us know about the baby cribs. I called the front desk, the employee who picked up the phone was being very unprofessional and rude. He told me he's going to put me on hold , however I can hear everything in the background he was laughging and giggling with his little friends. After a while he still havent talked back to me . I got mad and hang up then I called again multiple times.Then I got mad when downstair to see how come there's nobody picking up the phone. He was laughing ang giggling with his friends. When j asked him I was on hold for a long period of time, he told me don't I see he was busy?!.. Wow!! Unbelievable!.. So they ending up did not provide us the two baby cribs as promised. Not even a word of sorry.. I was very angry . So here we are 4 of us crample in a full size bed at night. I was very anxious and paranoid because I don't want to suffocated the two babies or one of them might falls off the bed! Don't ever booked this hotel people!! Worst customer service ever. The room was disgusting.
Very sketchy area. Did not feel very safe walking outside and to the restaurants across the street. Hotel was very cramped, breakfast area small and very busy. Food quality was ok, not as good as other holiday inn i have stayed. Parking garage was gated, but i have a feeling everyone knows the code and i never saw any security.
Rented a room for a business conference held at this Hotel. I drove over 6 hours to be told that I could not check in until 3pm. It was 4:30am and font desk would not reason with me nor allow me to pay the difference for an immediate room. The parking lot is also in a ramp across the street, so expect to spend wasted time running in and out of the hotel getting codes and ramp access. I slept in the car since the meeting was only a couple hours out. I had a bad experience, however I hope you wont.
Experience was fine, room was clean, smelled great and had bath and body works soap products! Staff was friendly
The staff were helpful but didn't like how they congregated, stared and talked by the front desk when your coming and going. No greetings were given except one time. I didn't like that I was on the first floor and had to walk past the kitchen, meeting rooms, laundry, ETC just to get to my room. There was a party that lasted all night until the early morning my first night there. My last night I just ended up staying at a friends and they allowed me to check out without having to be present. Will not stay here again unless I couldn't find better brand and quality hotels and I needed a last resort. They are way overpriced for what I experienced.
We had a toddler and they brought us a crib for him. It was so nice!
I really liked it,,,i was traveling with grand children,,and we felt very safe in the enviroment,,,very friendly,lot's of cultures of people,,,we felt very safe, and breakfast was great
