The room was okay not too dirty but not too clean either. The tv reception was terrible. I also tired to plug in my ps5 but it would work. Someone had messed up the buttons on the tv previously. I called the front desk for fresh towels but was told we have to go down ourselves to get them. On top of that the elevator was being worked on with no sign or anything to indicate that. So me and my girlfriend almost got stuck inside the elevator for a bit. It sucks because we would come here to unwind on special occasions but this isn’t the first time this hotel has let me down. Won’t be staying here again.

It was nothing like it look on the internet very old had roaches in the room I tried to check out the next day but I had booked through a 3rd party I seen a couple of people in the hallway and getting in elevator and they also said the same thing then it was a shoot out across the street I was scared the whole time I was there

The pictures of this location must be 20 years old. The entire place was run down and barely able to be operable. If I were not by myself and had family with me I would not have been able to stay. It was a toss up between the room and sleeping in my car

I wont stay there again. They charge for every little thing and the place is old, run down, spiders and webs everywhere. Dirty room, towels and tub noted. The only ice machine is on the 4th floor snd they dknt tell you that. The TV didn't work and the elevator is slow. The location is right off the freeway so you have to make a U- turn. Its a awful location. Not worth the price.

The room was somewhat clean with nice amenities - coffee pot, coffee and tea, hair dryer, iron. Tv not too good. Live termites in between the two window panes crawling and working on the wood and it was easy to see the dark carpet was filthy. The room was priced accordingly.
