The room was clean, spacious and the staff was friendly. I cant say its quiet bc I had a room across from the pool and obviously children were having fun. Cant fault them there. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay fully.

This hotel did NOT have an airport shuttle OR continental breakfast - like they claim they do online. Additionally, the rooms were dirty, things were broken in the rooms (bed, toilet, etc.) And the elevators have not been inspected since january of 2024 - we were there in May of 2025. The elevator doors didnt work right (one tried to close while people were in the doorway, the other one's door didnt like to close at all). All in all, NOT a great place to stay.

All hotel room key system was down, every time to enter the room, hotel staff had to come to open the room. The room was not cleaned when checked in... They don't pick up the phone and had to run down to reception to ask clean-up a few times ... no responses. Have shown the photo how the room was when first entered ,,, took 3 hours to have someone come and the room cleaned.

If you are looking for a clean, no-frills, safe place to stay near to LAX airport and the 405 Freeway then this could be the place for you. While there is a swimming pool don't expect any other luxuries. The property itself is dated and could benefit from renovation but it serves its purpose. The onsite parking is secure and available. I would stay here again.

I have travelled widely and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Mould growing on windows and in bathroom, no functioning fan in bathroom, fridge freezer iced up and broken casing inside. Claimed a restaurant and bar on site ( looks like it closed over a year ago), also claimed an airport shuttle that did not exist. Extremely noising plumbing and every part of the place looks run down. It does not need an upgrade - it needs demolishing. I cannot believe Ramada and Wyndham put their name to it.

It was a nice room but air conditioner didn't work tv went off andbin bathroom floor har . Cracks walls too the lampa needed new bulbs and room smelled like cigarettes smoke made me wheeze

Banging on the door

Sometime in the middle of the night, we received loud banging on our door that repeated at least three times. The banging then continued to other doors by what I assume was the same individual. I don't know if the security in this hotel is weak or if they attract the kind of guests who would do this but we could not recommend this hotel for those reasons.

The bathtub never shut off properly and kept dripping water all day. The bathroom light would randomly turn on at night. The lamp next to the bed kept shocking me everytime I turned it on and off. Not great.
